Description
Claims (10)
- (a) 비닐리덴 클로라이드와 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 실란을 중합시켜 제조된 중합체를 휘발성 발포제와 함께 용융 가공하여 유동성 혼합물(여기서, 실란은 중합체중에 몰 기준으로 0.005 내지 5.0%의 양으로 존재한다)을 형성하고,(b) 상기 혼합물을 다이를 동해 지압 대역으로 압출하고, 상기 발포제를 활성화시켜 상기 중합체를 기포성 교차 결합된 구조로 팽창시킴을 특징으로 하여, 압출된 중합체성 발포제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 비닐 작용성 단량체, 아크릴산과 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르, 에틸렌계 불포화 모노-및 디카복실산, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 단량체 1 내지 99중량%를 사용하여, 공중합시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합반응에서 에틸렌과 비닐 아세데이트의 공중합체, 스티렌과 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 메틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체, 폴리올레핀, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 가공 조제 1 내지 2중량%를 사용하는 방법.
- (a) 비닐리덴 클로라이드를 몰 기준으로 0.005 내지 5.0%의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 실란과 반응시켜 펠렛 또는 비이드 형태의 실란 작용성 중합체를 형성하고,(b) 상기 실란 작용성 중합체중에 휘발성 발포제를 함침시키고, (c) 상기 실란 작용성 중합체를 충분한 열에 노출시켜 상기 발포제를 활성화시키고, 상기 실란 작용성 중합체를 기포성 교차 결합된 구조로 팽창시킴을 특징으로 하여, 성형된 발포체 제품을 제조하는데 적합한 중합체성 발포체 비이드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 반응에서 비닐 작용성 단량체, 아크릴산과 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테트, 에틸렌계 불포화 모노-및 디카복실산, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 단량체 1 내지 99%를 추가로 사용하는 방법.
- 비닐리덴 클로라이드와 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 실란을 중합(여기서, 실란은 생성된 중합체중에 몰 기준으로 0.005 내지 5.0%의 양으로 존재한다)시킴을 특징으로 하여, 중량 평균 분자량이 150,000 내지 250,000인 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 비닐 작용성 단량체, 아크릴산과 베타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르, 에틸렌계 불포화 도노-및 디카복실산, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 단량체 1 내지 99중량%를 사용하여, 공중합시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중합 반응에서 에틸렌과 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체, 스티렌과 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 메틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체, 폴리올레핀 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 추가의 중합체 1 내지 2중량%를 추가로 사용하는 방법.
- 비닐리덴 클로라이드와 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 실란을 중합시켜 제조된 중합체(여기서, 실란은 중합체중에 몰 기준으로 0.005 내지 5.0%의 양으로 존재한다) 및 중합체를 팽창시킬 수 있는 휘발성 발포제를 포함하는 팽창 가능한 중합체성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 93.87중량%의 비닐리덴 클로라이드, 6.0중량%의 메틸 아크릴레이트 및 0.13중량%의 r-메타크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시실란으로부터 형성되는 방법.
