Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 유체유입포트와 유체유출포트를 갖는 몸체를 포함하는 소용돌이형 유체압축기에 있어서, 고정된 스크롤이 상기 몸체내에 고정설치되어 있으며 또한 첫번째의 나선형요소가 상기 몸체내부로 연장되는 원형단부판을 갖고, 선회스크롤이 두번째의 나선형요소가 연장되는 원형단부판을 가지며, 상기의 첫째 및 둘째의 나선형요소가 적어도 한쌍의 밀폐된 유체낭으로 정의되는 다수개의 선접촉을 이루도록 각도 및 방사형 오프셋을 이루고 서로 맞춰지고, 구동기구가 유체낭의 용적을 변경하기 위해 선회운동 도중에 상기의 선회스크롤의 회전을 방지하는 회전방지수단과 구동축의 회전에 의해 상기의 선회스크로로의 선회운동을 일으키도록 상기의 선회스크롤에 작동가능케 연결되어 있고, 또한 한쌍의 유체낭과 중간압력격실 사이에서 유체 연통 채널을 이루도록 스크롤의 일단부판을 통하여 적어도 한쌍의 구멍들로 개량 구성되어 있으며, 상기 중간 압력격실과 흡입격실사이에 유체 연통채널을 이루도록 상기 단부판의 하나를 통하여 연통공이 형성되어 있고, 상기의 중간압력격실과 흡입격실사이에 연통채널의 개폐를 선택적으로 조절하는 조절수단이 있으며, 또한 상기의 중간압력실과 흡입격실상이에 연통채절의 열림단계에서의 흡입에 대한 저항을 증대시키도록 상기의 제어수단의 작동에 해당하는 조절기구로된 배유량 조절기구를 갖는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 조절수단이 상기의 토출격실내의 토출압력을 발생시키는 압력감지형 밸브로 구성되는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 조절수단과 조절기구가 3방변수단으로 구성되고 그 3방변수단의 첫개구부가 상기의 흡입격실에 연결되어 있으며 상기의 3방변의 둘째 개구부가 상기의 유체유입포트에 연결되며 그 3방변수단의 세번째 개구부가 상기의 중간압력격실에 연결되어 있는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 그 3방밸브수단이 그 토출격실에 연결된 3개의 개구부와 소공을 갖고 또한 상기 실린더내에 활주가능케 설치된 I형 피스톤과 그리고 상기 피스톤을 상부로 밀어주도록 실린더의 하부표면과 피스톤의 하단부 표면 사이에 스프링이 설치되어 있는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기의 토축격실과 소공사이의 접속 채널상에 자기밸브수단이 설치되어 구성된 스크롤형 압축기.
