펄프 스크리닝(screening)장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 의한 스크리닝 장치의 부분 파단 측면도. 제2도는 본 발명에 의한 스크리닝 장치의 한가지 실시예를, 특히 로터가 스크린의 입구측에 위치한 상태로 나타낸 것이다. 로터는 항상 스크린의 입구측에 배치되지만 장치는 유입식 또는 유출식으로 작동될 수 있다. 제2도의 유출식의 경우 펄프는 스크린의 내부에서 외부로 유동하고 스크린의 성형면은 스크린의 내측에 존재한다. 제3도 내지 제8도는 본 발명에 의한 로터와 함께 이용될 수 있는 스크린판을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (28)

  1. 하우징의 내부로 섬유 원료가 도입되도록 하는 입구와 스크리닝된 억셉트(accecpt)가 원료로 하우징으로부터 제거되도록 하는 출구와 리젝트의 출구를 가진 하우징, 하우징 내부에 있는 성형된 스크린, 스크린 근처에서 소정 속도로 운동하며 스크린과 함께 환상 스크리닝 버를 형성시키는 로터가 포함되고, 상기 로터는 스크린과 대향하는 쪽에서 적어도 부분적으로 성형된 표면을 가지며 스크리닝 버내로 섬유 원료가 도입될 수 있도록 하고 원료의 바람직하지 않은 조각들이 버로 들어가는 것이 방지되도록 스크리닝 버의 길이의 적어도 일부를 따라 여러 개의 구멍이 형성되어 있는 펄프 스크리닝 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로터의 상기 성형된 면은 홈으로 이루어지고, 상기 로터는 입구측 표면과 출구측 표면을 가지며, 상기 로터의 양 표면에 홈이 형성되어 있는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 로터의 상기 성형된 면은 홈으로 이루어지고, 상기 홈은 저면과 양 측면에 가지며 그 중 하나는 경사지고 다른 하나는 지면에 대하여 수직이고, 상기 경사면은 저면에 대하여 5°내지 60°로 경사진 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 로터의 상기 성형된 면은 홈으로 이루어지고 상기 홈은 상면, 저면 및 2측면을가지며 한 측면은 경사지고 다르 측면은 저면에 대하여 수직이며 상기 경사면은 저면에 대하여 5°내지 60°로 경사진 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 로터의 홈은 상류측과 하류측을 가지고, 로터의 홈의 하류측은 로터의 표면에 대하여 경사지며 상류측은 로터의 표면에 대하여 거의 직각인 장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 로터의 홈은 상류측과 하류측을 가지고, 로터의 홈의 하류측면은 로터의 표면에 대하여 거의 직각이며 상류측은 로터의 표면에 대하여 거의 경사진 장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 로터는 양표면에 홈을 가지며 구멍은 입구를 가지고 구멍의 입구는 로터 입구측의 홈의 저부에 배치된 장치.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 구멍이 출구를 가지며 출구는 로터 출구측의 홈의 경사면에 배치된 장치.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 구멍이 로터 출구측의 홈의 상면에 배치된 출구를 가지는 장치.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 구멍이 로터 출구측의 홈의 저면에 배치된 출구를 가지는 장치.

  18. 제1항에 있어서, 스크린은 구멍이 형성된 홈을 가진 원통형 스크린판이고, 구멍은 홈의 저면에 위치하며 홈의 저면은 윤곽면과 평행하고, 홈은 2측면을 가지며 홈의 한 측면은 스크린 표면의 윤곽면과 거의 직각이고 다른 측면은 윤곽면에 대하여 경사진 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 스크린판은 스크린 표면의 오목한 입구측에 홈을 가지고, 스크린판이 윤관면을 가지며, 홈은 홈의 저부에서 볼 때 상류 측면, 하류 측면 및 저면을 가지며, 상기 저면은 스크린판의 윤곽면과 거의 평행하고, 홈은 저면에서 구멍을 가지며, 홈의 상류 측면은 상기 윤곽면과 거의 직각이고, 홈의 하류 측면은 상기 윤곽선에 대하여 60°-5°의 각도를 이루는 장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 스크린판에서 홈의 하류측면과 상류측면은 상기 윤곽면과 거의 평행한 면에 서로 연결되는 장치.
  21. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 스크린은 입구측과 출구측을 가지며, 상기 로터는 상기 스크린의 입구측에 위치하고, 스크린의 성형된 면은 스크린의 내측에 위치하는 장치.
  22. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 스크린은 입구측과 출구측을 가지며, 상기 로터는 상기 스크린의 입구측에 위치하고, 스크린의 형성된 면은 스크린의 내측에 위치하는 장치.
  23. 제18항에 있어서, 홈의 하류측면은 스크린 표면의 윤곽면과 거의 직각이고, 상류측면은 경사진 장치.
  24. 제1항에 있어서, 스크린의 성형된 면은 홈으로 이루어지고, 홈의 양 측면은 스크린의 윤곽면과 거의 직각인 장치.
  25. 제1항에 있어서, 스크린은 홈을 가진 원통형 스크린판이고, 구멍은 홈의 저면에 위치하며 홈의 저면은 윤곽면과 평행하고, 홈은 2측면과 상면을 가지며 홈의 한 측면은 스크린의 윤곽면과 거의 직각이고 다른 측면은 윤곽면에 대하여 경사진 장치.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 측면은 상기 윤곽면에 대하여 오목하거나 블록한 장치.
  27. 제1항에 있어서, 스크린 표면은 파형이고, 스크린은 홈을 가지며 홈의 양 측면은 윤곽면에 대하여 경사진 장치.
  28. 제1항에 있어서, 로터의 상기 성형된 면은 간격을 둔 성형된 바아(bar)들로 형성되는 장치.
