제 1 도는 후술되는 설명 및 도면에서 참고하는 통상적인 좌수(左手)좌표계를 보여주는 도면, 제 2 도는 본 발명에 따른 한 실시예인 압출 장치를 예시하는 도면, 제 3 도는 제 2 도의 장치로 처리되도록 의도된 필라멘트(fillament)함유 폴리머 과립을 보여주는 도면.
Claims (16)
- 액체 흐름내에서 필라멘트 덩어리로부터 필라멘트들을 서로 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 최소한 필라멘트의 단면을 수용할만큼 충분히 큰 단면을 가지는 다수의 필라멘트 분리챈널의 어레이를 통과하는 액체 흐름의 측방 범위를 가로질러 그 흐름을 세분 단계를 포함하며, 상기 챈널을 따라 흐름으로써 필라멘트에서는 챈널내의 흐름 연부에서 전단력이 부과되어 필라멘트들을 덩어리 중심의 필라멘트들로부터 서로 축방향으로 분리시키는 필라멘트 분리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 어레이로부터의 흐름이, 덩어리의 나머지 부분이 계속된 챈널의 연부에서 그 계속된 챈널에 도입하여 필라멘트 축을 따라 전단력이 작용됨으로써 더욱 분리되도록 배치되는 최소한 하나의 계속된 필라멘트 분리 챈널 어레이들로 이동되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 유체가 한 챈널의 출구와 계속된 하류 챈널의 입구 사이에서 측방으로 팽창하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 챈널은 필라멘트 길이의 최소한 2배의 길이를 가지는 일정 단면부를 구비하고 있는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 일정 단면부가 필람멘트의 2 내지 10배의 길이를 가지는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 챈널들의 중심선에 서로 평행한 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 챈널들의 중심선이 필라멘트의 길이보다 더 긴 거리만큼 이격되어 있는 방법.
- 전기 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 챈널들이 테이퍼진 입구를 가지는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 입구가 10-15°의 각도로 테이퍼져 있는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체가 용융된 폴리머인 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 융용된 폴리머가 각기 다수의 필라멘트를 포함하는 다수의 길이의 얀 또는 토우를 함유하는 과립들을 용융시킴으로써 생성된 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 필라멘트 분리 챈널들의 최소 단면적이 필라멘트들이 분리될 덩어리의 단면적인 1.5 내지 3배인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 어레이들중 최소한 한 어레이의 필라멘트 분리 챈널들이 흐름통로 단면내의 특별한 지점에서 그 챈널로 도입하는 물질이 그 흐름 통로 단면내의 측방으로 이격된 지점에서 방출하여 횡방향 혼합물을 부여하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제2 및 어떤 차후의 어레이들이 인접한 상류 어레이의 챈널과 비교하여 수는 더 많지만 감소된 단면의 필라멘트 분리 챈널을 가지는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 어레이들의 입구가 상류를 향하는 독특한 연부를 가지는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 연부들이 장방향 또는 6각형 어레이인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
