제1도는 본 발명의 실시예의 개략을 도시하는 평면도면. 제2도는 본 실시예에 있어서 가열되는 프리폼의 단면도면. 제3도는 제2도에 도시한 프리폼으로 제조되는 열가소성 플라스틱 병의 단면도면.

Claims (11)

  1. 열가소성 플라스틱 병 또는 프리폼등의 피가열체의 내부에 복사열을 방사하는 가열체를 삽입하고, 한편, 전기 피가열체의 외부에 가열 수단을 배치하고, 내외로부터 동시에 해당 피가열체를 가열하는 가열 방법에 있어서, 실질적으로 등간격으로 다수개의 가열체가 순회하는 순회로에, 적어도 해당 가열체에 피가열체가 피착되어 있는 상태의 피가열체 가열존과, 피가열체가 빼내어져 있는 가열체 가열존을 설치하고, 그 가열체 가열존에선 가열체의 개개의 온도를 측정하며, 그 측정값에 따라서 그 가열체를 피착하는 열가소성 플라스틱병 또는 프리폼의 가열 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 적외선 집광 장치를 피가열체의 입구부에 대향 시켜서 설치하고, 해당 피가열체를 가열토록한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 피가열체의 자전의 최대 편심직경은 피가열체의 내경의 1/5 이하로 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 가열체의 가열은 정량가열과 각각의 가열체의 온도격차 보정을 위한 가열인 2단으로 나누어 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 가열체에 축방향으로 변환시킨 방사 에너지 분포를 발생시키며, 피가열체에 열분포를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 가열체의 외경을 길이 방향으로 변환시킴으로서 축 방향으로 변화시킨 방사 에너지 분포를 전기 가열체에 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 가열코일의 감기 피치를 가열체의 길이 방향을 따라서 변화시키고, 축 방향으로 변화시킨 방사 에너지 분포를 전기 가열체에 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 방법.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 가열체를 가열하는 유도가열 코일을 해당 가열체의 축방향으로 분포하고 각각의 전기 가열 코일의 전력을 제어함으로서 축방향으로 변환시킨 방사 에너지 분포를 전기 가열체에 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 방법.
  9. 가열체의 내부에 공동을 설치하고, 해당 공동에 전기 가열체의 제어 목표 온도의 범위내에 융점을 가지는 물질을 봉입하고, 전기 가열체의 온도를 측정해서 그 측정값에 기준하여 전기 가열체의 온도를 제어함으로서 가열체를 일정 온도로 유지키로한 가열체의 온도 제어 방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 가열체의 내부에 적어도 2개소의 공동을 두고, 해당 각 공동에 서로 다른 융점을 가지는 물질을 봉입하여 이뤄지는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 제어 방법.
  11. 제 9 항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 가열체의 온도와 봉입한 물질의 융점과의 차의 크기에 비례한 열량을 해당 가열체에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 제어 방법.
