Claims (11)

  1. 감마 및/또는 베타 형태의 AlF3에 지지된 Cr2O3로 구성되는 촉매의 존재하에 기체상태에서 퍼클로로에틸렌과 HF를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 1,1,1-트리플루오로-2,2-디클로로에탄의 연속적인 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Cr2O3의 양이 촉매위에 크롬으로서 계산된 1 내지 15중량 %의 범위인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, AlF3의 표면적이 15 내지 30m2/g의 범위인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, AlF3가 20 내지 200?? 범위의 입자크기를 갖는 분말의 형태인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 지지된 AlF3는 30중량%이하의 델타상을 더욱 함유할 수 있는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 : a) 용해되는 크롬염의 용액에 AlF3을 함침시키고 : b) 촉매를 건조시키고 : c) 200℃ 내지 600℃의 온도범위에서 공기 및 질소와 더불어 촉매를 활성화시키는 단계에 의해 제조된 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 활성화 단계가 스팀의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 활성화 온도가 330℃ 내지 500℃ 범위인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 더욱더 반응온도가 300℃ 내지 400℃의 범위인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 더욱더 시약과 촉매 덩어리 사이의 접촉시간이 1초 내지 30초의 범위인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 더욱더 시약 HF와 C2Cl4사이의 몰비가 적어도 3 : 1인 방법.
