Description
Claims (30)
- 측벽으로 둘러싸인 공간과 상부입구 단부, 하부출구단부를 갖는 용기에서 상기측벽의 내부상에 유리뱃치 물질의 안정한 층의 라이닝을 유지하고, 안정한 층 라이닝상에 유리 뱃치 과도층을 형성하기 위하여 유리 뱃치 물질을 용기의 입구단부에 공급하고, 공간에 열을 가하여 과도 뱃치층을 액화시켜 결과 용융액이 안정한 뱃치층 라이닝위로 흘러 출구단부를 향해 그리고 출구 단부의 출구 개구부를 통하여 용기 바깥으로 나가게하고, 공간내에 있어서 용기를 열로부터 보호하기에 충분한 두께로 안정한 뱃치층 라이닝을 본질적으로 일정하게 유지하도록 충분한 속도로 안정한 뱃치층상으로 부가적인 유리 뱃치 물질을 공급함으로서 과도유리 배치층을 보충하여 유리 뱃치 물질을 액화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용기가 금속 용기인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안정한 뱃치층과 과도 뱃치층이 본질적으로 동일한 조성인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용기와 안정한 뱃치층이 공간을 중심으로 회전하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용기가 경사진 원통형 튜브이며 튜브의 축에 대하여 회전하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 뱃치 물질의 안정층이 뱃치 퇴적의 그대로의 각보다 큰 각도로 표면이 경사진 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용기가 원통, 원추형 드럼이며 축이 본질적으로 수직인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 드럼이 금속제이고 용기의 상부 입구단부가 세라믹리드를 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 뱃치 물질의 안정한 층이 최소 3센터의 두께로 유지되는 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용기로부터 유출되는 용융액이 용융되지 않은 뱃치 물질을 상당량 포함하는 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 용기로부터 유출되는 용융액이 뱃치 물질의 용융을 완수하기 위하여 이어서 부가적열 에너지를 받는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 안정한 뱃치층의 침식이 다소 일어나고 안정한 뱃치층과 과도 뱃치층사이의 경계면을 본질적으로 일정하게 유지하기 위하여 부가적 뱃치 물질의 공급을 조절함으로서 이러한 침식이 복구될 수 있는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 안정한 뱃치 덩어리에서 떨어져 나온 물질이 용기를 지나는 용융액과 함께 용액의 조성을 본질적으로 변하지 않게하고 합류되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 뱃치 안정층의 표면이 회전면인 방법.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 안전한 뱃치층에 본질적으로 내(內) 공간에 면하는 오목한 회전면의 표면이 주어지는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 오목한 면이 수직 대칭축을 갖는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 용기가 대칭수직축에 상응하는 축 주위를 회전하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유리 뱃치가 소다/라임/실리카 유리 뱃치이고 용융액이 온도가 1260℃(2300°F)를 초과하기 전에 용기로부터 배출되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용기로부터 유출되는 용융액의 용융성분이 소다회, 가성소다 또는 붕산을 포함하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 용융액이 모래알을 함유하는 용융되지 않은 입자를 포함하는 방법.
