Claims (1)
- 가동금형(26)을 고정금형(18)에 밀접시켜서, 제품용 금형공간(30) 및 이 금형공간(30)으로 용탕을 사출하는 사출통로(31) 및 이 사출통로(31)와는 별도 위치에서 상기 금형공간(30)으로 연통하는 가압통로(17)를 형성하는 제1공정과 상기 사출통로(31)로부터 사출플런저(13)로서 소정의 사출압력으로 용탕을 상기 금형공간(30) 및 상기 가압통로(17)내로 게이트(34)를 통하여 사출하며, 상기 금형공간(30) 및 상기 가압통로(17)내를 용탕으로 충진하는 제2공정과 적어도 상기 게이트(34)내의 용탕이 응고해서 상기 탕구가 막히기 이전에, 상기 가압통로(17)내의 용탕을 가압플런저(36)에 의한 소정의 가압력으로서 압출하기 시작하고, 또 상기 가압플런저(36)의 전진에 의하여 용탕을 가압할시에 상기 가압플런저(36)의 선단부(36c)측 외주면과 상기 가압통로(17)의 내주면과의 사이의 미소간극(35a)중으로 용탕의 응고층을 협지하면서 상기 가압플런저(36)를 전진시키는 제3공정과 적어도 상기 금형공간(30)내의 용탕이 응고할때까지 상기 가압플런저(36)로서 압착 이동을 유지하는 제4공정과 상기 금형공간(30)내로 충진된 용탕이 응고한 후에 상기 가압플런저(36)을 후퇴시켜, 상기 가압통로(17)에서의 압착이동을 해제하는 제5공정과 상기 가동금형(26)을 상기 고정금형(18)으로부터 분리하여 상기 금형공간(30), 사출통로(31) 및 가압통로(17)내에서 응고한 제품을 취출하는 제6공정을 순서에 따라 경시적으로 행하고, 상기 가압플런저(36)에 의해 실제 압착이동되는 실용압착이동량(V)을,단, Va는 상기 금형공간(30) 및 상기 가압통로(17)내로 충진된 용탕의 양, Vb는 상기 사출통로(31) 및 사출슬리이브(14)에 충진된 용탕의 양, ρ는 가압을 행한 다이케스팅 방법에 따라 제조된 제품의 밀도는 제품 금속의 진밀도, K는 실요압착이동계수로서 0.3 내지 1의 값이다. 에 의해 구해지는 양으로 하고, 또 상기 가압력을 상기 사출압력에 상기 가압플런저(36)의 변위에 수반하는 접동 마찰저항력 및 상기 가압통로(17) 내주면 선단위치에 생성된 응고층의 전단변형에 수반하는 저항력을 가해준 압력이상으로 하고, 또 이 압력에 상기 사출플런저(13) 대향위치에 생성된 응고층의 전단변형에 수반하는 저항력을 가한 압력이하로 함을 특징으로 하는 다이케스팅 방법.
