제1도는 본 발명 전화기에 의한 록크해제 장치의 전개 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. 일단에 송화부 타단에 수화부를 갖는 수화기를 갖고 있는 수화기, 그의 대향단부들에 상기 수화기를 지지하기 위한 수화기대를 갖는 전화기에서, 상기 수화기와 수화기대간에는 상기 수화기대상에 상기 수화기를 안정되게 보유시키는 록킹장치와 록크해제 보턴을 갖는 록크해제 장치가 제공되어 있으며, 록크해제 장치는 상기 록크해제 보턴을 상기 수화기에 갖고 있고, 또한 상기 록크해제 보턴의 동작과 연동하여 동작하는 뮤팅 스위치를 상기 수화기상에 갖고 있어 그에 의해 일방측의 음성이 록크해제 보턴에 의해 작동되는 뮤팅 스위치로서 타방으로 전송되는 것을 차단시킬 수 있는 것이 특징인 뮤팅 기능을 갖는 전화기용 록크해제 장치.
  2. 제1항에서, 상기 뮤팅 스위치는 뮤팅 스위치의 온/오프동작을 제어하도록 작동부재를 구비하고 있으며, 또한 록크해제 보턴은 상기 작동부재를 온시키도록 그 위에 형성되는 작동자를 갖고 있는 것이 특징인 뮤팅 기능을 갖는 전화기용 록크해제 장치.
  3. 제1항에서, 상기 수화기의 외부케이스는 주케이스부와 주케이스부로부터 후방으로 연장되는 경사진 케이스부로 구성되며, 상기 수화기를 지지하기 위한 상기 수화기대의 정면측에는 수화기측상에서 상대측 압축 및 돌출 각각에 대응하여 꼭맞춰지는 맞물림돌출 및 압축으로 구성되는 맞물림 지지체가 형성되는 것이 특징인 뮤팅 기능을 갖는 전화기용 록크해제 장치.
  4. 제1항에서, 상기 록킹장치는 상기 경사진 케이스부에 대응하는 수화기대의 경사진 표면상에 제공되어 스프링의 힘을 받아 수평으로 이동되는 체결멈추개와, 상기 체결멈추개가 꼭 맞춰지는 상기 경사진 케이스부의 내벽내에 형성된 맞물림 구멍으로 구성되는 것이 특징인 뮤팅 기능을 갖는 전화기용 록크해제 장치.
  5. 제4항에서, 상기 록크해제 장치는 상기 주케이스부의 측벽을 관통하는 상기 록크해제 보턴, 상기 고정샤프트 주위에서 선회될 수 있도록 긴 구멍내에 꼭 맞춰지는 고정샤프트를 갖고 있으며 또한 상기 록크해제 보턴의 내부 단부와 선회적으로 결합되는 일단을 갖는 선회링크 부재, 그리고 상기 체결멈추개의 이동방향을 따라 선형으로 이동될 수 있는 상기 선회링크 부재의 타단과 선회적으로 결합되어 상기 록크해제 보턴의 압축과 연동하여 상기 체결멈추개를 밀어주도록된 록크해제 링크부재를 포함하는 것이 특징인 뮤팅 기능을 갖는 전화기용 록크해제 장치.
  6. 제1항에서, 상기 경사진 케이스부에 대응하는 수화기대의 경사진 면상에 제공된 수직으로 지지되는 보턴에 의해 형성된 탄성 후미측 지지체가 수화기대의 후미측에 제공되어 있어 스프링의 힘으로 수직으로 이동될 수 있는 것이 특징인 뮤팅 기능을 갖는 전화기용 록크해제 장치.
  7. 제6항에서, 상기 수화기대는 전화통화할 수 있는 후크스위치를 더 갖고 있으며, 상기 수직으로 지지된 보턴상에는 보턴의 동작과 연동될때 상기 후크스위치를 온/오프시키는 작동자가 형성되는 것이 특징인 뮤팅 기능을 갖는 전화기용 록크해제 장치.
