- 두 부분으로 구성되되, 제1부분은 저항접촉부를 갖는 최소한 하나의 도우프된 p형 반도체 물질을 포함하고, 제2부분은 저항접촉부를 갖는 최소한 하나의 도우프된 n형 반도체 물질을 포함하며 이들 저항접촉부들을 통하여 두 부분이 접속 결합되어진 광화학 다이오드.
