Description
도 2 및 3은 각각 도 1의 수동 믹서 시스템의 믹서부와 RF 입력부 회로도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수동 믹서 시스템의 C3 값 변화에 따른 noise figure과 Conversion gain 성능 변화값이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수동 믹서 시스템 회로의 설계도이다.
Claims (5)
- 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템으로,
분리된 2개의 노드(XI, XQ)에 연결된 한 쌍의 믹서 스위치(M1, M2, M3, M4)로 구성된 믹서부를 포함하며, 상기 분리된 2개의 노드(XI, XQ)는 분리된 2개의 인덕터((L3, L4)로부터 신호를 인가받는 것을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템은,
3개의 커패시터(C1 ~ C3), 그리고 4개의 인덕터(L1 ~ L4) 로 구성되며, 상기 믹서부에 RF 신호를 인가하기 위한 RF 입력부를 더 포함하며,
상기 RF 입력부는 RF 수신기; 3개의 커패시터(C1 ~ C3); 및 4개의 인덕터(L1 ~ L4) 로 구성되며,
상기 인덕터는 RF 수신기와 연결되어 외부에서 방생할 수 있는 정전기 (Electrostatic discharge)로부터 회로를 보호하는 인덕터(L1);
상기 RF 신호를 받아 2개의 인덕터(L3, L4)로 분리하는 인덕터(L2)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 커패시터, 상기 인덕터(L1)이 유발하는 Impedance matching 오류를 보상하기 위하여 상기 RF 수신기와 연결된 커패시터(C1); 외부와 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템을 분리하기 위하여 상기 RF 수신기와 직렬연결된 커패시터(C2); 및 상기 2개의 노드(XI, XQ)를 분리하여 상기 2개의 노드 사이에 직렬연결된 커패시터(C3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 2개의 인덕터(L3, L4)는 동일 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템. - 제 4항에 있어서
상기 인덕터(L2, L3, L4 ) 크기는 상기 믹서 시스템의 임피던스를 RF 포트 임피던스와 매칭되도록 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 수동소자 믹서 시스템.
