Claims (35)
- 고분자량 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머에 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 첨가 혼합한 후 가열용융하여 가수분해반응과 다지(Branching) 생성반응을 동시 또는 순차적으로 일으켜 다지 폴리머 형태의 저분자량 PLA로 개질시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자량 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머는 평균분자량이 15,000 내지 200,000g/mol이고, 다수의 가지를 가지고 있는 사슬 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자량 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머는 용융흐름지수가 8 내지 50g/10분(210℃, 2.16kg), 평균분자량이 30,000 내지 200,000g/mol, 분산지수(PDI)가 1.3 내지 3.0, 융점이 145℃ 내지 180℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 당류는 단당류, 이당류 또는 다당류로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 단당류는 글루코스(Glucose), 프룩토오스(Fructose), 만노오스(Mannose), 갈락토스(Galactose) 또는 덱스트린(Dextrin)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 이당류는 수크로제(Sucrose), 락타아제(Lactase) 또는 말토스(Maltose)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 다당류는 아밀로오스(Amylose), 아밀로펙틴(Amylopectin), 셀룰로오스(Cellulose) 또는 치틴(Chitin)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 당류의 카르복실기 치환체는 당알코올 또는 지방산기가 결합된 당알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 당알코올은 아라비톨(Arabitol), 에리스리톨(Erythritol), 글리세롤(Glycerol), 소비톨(Sorbitol) 또는 마나톨(Mannitol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 지방산기는 탄소의 개수가 4 내지 50개인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 지방산기는 포화지방산기 또는 불포화지방산기인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제11항에 있어서,

상기 지방산기가 결합된 당알코올은 모노글리세라이드(MonoGlyceride), 디글리세라이드(Diglyceride), 트리글리세라이드(TriGlyceride), 모노소비탄(Monosorbitane), 디소비탄(Disorbitane), 트리소비탄(Trisorbitan) 또는 테트라소비탄(Tetrasorbitan)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체는 상기 고분자량 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머 100 중량부에 대하여 0.05 내지 20.0 중량부로 첨가되어 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체는 유기용매에 일정 중량비로 혼합하여 희석한 후 고분자량 PLA 폴리머에 첨가 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 포화 또는 불포화지방산 유도체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 유기용매는 알코올(Alcohol)류 또는 카르보닐(Carbonyl)그룹이 함유된 케톤계 유기용매 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 케톤계 유기용매는 아세톤(Acetone), 메틸에틸케톤(Methyl ethyl ketone), 메틸부틸케톤(Methyl butyl ketone) 또는 메틸이소부틸케톤(Methyl isobutyl ketone)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체는 유기용매와 0.5 : 8.5 내지 1.5 : 9.5 비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열용융 온도는 180℃ 내지 260℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제20항에 있어서,
상기 가열용융은 필요에 따라 2회 이상 다단 가열용융시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가수분해반응의 종류는 글리세롤분해(Glycerolysis) 또는 알코올분해(Alcoholysis)인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가수분해반응 및 다지(Branching) 생성반응은 1 내지 10분간 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 상기 청구항 제1 내지 제23 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유기산 촉매가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 제24항에 있어서,
상기 유기산 촉매는 구연산(Citric Acid), 숙신산(Succinic Acid) 또는 말레인산(Maleic Acid)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 상기 청구항 제1 내지 제23 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
테트라 메틸 암모늄 하이드록사이드 또는 수산화칼륨을 포함하는 알칼리성 촉매, 틴옥테이트 또는 아연산화물(ZnO)을 포함하는 금속 촉매로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상이 촉매로 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 당류 또는 당류의 카르복실기 치환체를 이용한 PLA 개질방법. - 청구항 제1 내지 제21 중 어느 한 항에 의하여 개질된 저분자량의 다지 구조로 개질된 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머.
- 제27항에 있어서,
상기 다지 구조로 개질된 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머는 중량평균 분자량이 15,000 내지 200,000g/mol, MI(Melting Flow Index)가 30 내지 1,000g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 저분자량의 다지 구조로 개질된 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머. - 제27항에 있어서,
상기 다지 구조로 개질된 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머는 MS(Melting Strength)가 0.08N 내지 0.3N(300㎜/s, 180℃)인 것을 특징으로 하는 저분자량의 다지 구조로 개질된 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머. - 청구항 제24항에 의하여 개질된 저분자량의 다지 구조로 개질된 폴리락트산(PLA) 폴리머.
