Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 용기 마개 씰(Vessel closure seal)을 갖는 회전 진공 용기 마개(Rotary vacuum vessel closure), 특히, 지방 함유 충전 재료(fat-containing filling materials)용 회전 진공 용기 마개로서,
용기 마개 씰은, 씰을 본질적으로 또는 전체적으로 구성하는 폴리머 화합물을 포함하며,
a) 상기 폴리머 화합물은 PVC를 함유하지 않으며, 적어도 하나의 TPS 및 적어도 하나의 co-PP를 포함하고,
b) 상기 폴리머 화합물은 70℃에서 30 내지 85의 쇼어 A 경도(ASTM D2240, DIN ISO 7619-1) 및 20g/10 min 미만의 MFR(DIN ISO 1133, 5㎏/190℃)을 갖는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 POE를 실질적으로 포함하지 않는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 homo-PP를 실질적으로 포함하지 않는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 적어도 하나의 SEBS, SEEPS, 또는 폴리부텐을 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 20% 내지 40%, 바람직하게 26% 내지 34%, 특히 29% 내지 33%, 가장 바람직하게 31% 내지 32%의 스티렌 함량을 갖는 선형 SEBS를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 적어도 1%, 구체적으로 적어도 5%, 더욱 바람직하게 적어도 10% 또는 20%, 더욱 바람직하게, 적어도 30%, 일반적으로 바람직하게 적어도 40%의 TPS를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 23℃에서 50 내지 90, 바람직하게 55 내지 80의 쇼어 A 경도(ASTM D2240, DIN ISO 7619-1)를 갖는 TPS를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 23℃에서 55 미만, 바람직하게 45 미만, 더욱 바람직하게 40 미만, 및 15 초과, 더 좋게는 20 초과, 더욱 바람직하게 30 초과의 쇼어 D 경도(ASTM D2240, DIN ISO 7619-1)를 갖는 co-PP를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 30 g/10 min 미만, 더욱 바람직하게 20 g/10 min 미만, 더욱 더 바람직하게 10 g/10 min 미만의 2.16㎏/230℃에서 측정된 MFR을 갖는 co-PP를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 적어도 0.1, 더욱 구체적으로 적어도 0.3, 더욱 더 구체적으로 적어도 0.5, 및 최대 15, 더욱 구체적으로 최대 12, 더욱 더 구체적으로 최대 10의 MFR(2.16㎏j230℃)을 갖는 co-PP를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 165℃ 미만, 더욱 바람직하게 160℃ 미만, 일반적으로 바람직하게 150℃ 미만의 녹는점을 갖는 co-PP를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 1% 내지 80%, 바람직하게 5% 내지 65%의 co-PP를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 적어도 하나의 추가적인 폴리머, 특히 LLDPE를 포함하는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 10% 초과, 바람직하게 7% 초과, 특히 4% 초과, 특히 바람직하게 1% 초과의 윤활제를 함유하지 않는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 10% 초과, 바람직하게 7% 초과, 특히 4% 초과의 20℃에서의 액체 성분을 함유하지 않는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
저온 살균될 수 있는(pasteurizable), 바람직하게 멸균될 수 있는(sterilizable)
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
진공 유지(vacuum retention)를 나타내는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 화합물은 최대 50%, 더욱 바람직하게 최대 40%, 특히 바람직하게 최대 30%의 23℃에서의 압축 변형(ASTM D395-97 Method B)을 갖는
회전 진공 용기 마개.
