Abstract

C) preparing a primary emulsion by mixing the oil phase part and the aqueous phase part and stirring with a homomixer; and
D) Passing the primary emulsion through a high pressure homogenizer (Micro Fluidizer) 2 to 3 times under a pressure of 1,000 to 1,500 bar, and cooling the rice bran wax stabilization method comprising the step of preparing a nano-emulsion.
