- 베이스층, 터치 센서층, 및 제1절연층을 이 순서로 가지는 터치 센서 패널로서,
상기 터치 센서층은, 패턴 도전층을 가지고,
상기 베이스층의 온도 40℃, 습도 90%RH에서의 투습도 Pc는, 900 g/(㎡·24 hr) 이하이고,
상기 제1절연층의 온도 40℃, 습도 90%RH에서의 투습도 Pa는, 900 g/(㎡·24 hr) 이하인, 터치 센서 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스층의 두께를 Dc[μm]로 하고, 상기 베이스층의 인성을 Tc[mJ/㎣]로 하고, 상기 제1절연층의 두께를 Da[μm]로 할 때, 하기 식(1):
