Claims (5)
- 펄프로 이루어진 종이(101)와 합성수지로 이루어진 필름(102)이 라미네이팅 결합되며;
라미네이팅 결합되는 종이(101)와 필름(102)을 합포 시 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)에 의해서 다이아몬드형태의 엠보싱이 압착 성형되면서;
엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)에 내장된 히터(5)에 의해서 열을 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4) 외측으로 발산하여 용융 접착되게 구성되어;
별도의 접착제 없이 엠보싱의 압착 성형과 열의 용융 접착에 의해서 라미네팅 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 흡수시트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;
예열수단(6)에 의해서 예열된 필름(102)이 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)에 종이(101)와 함께 공급되도록 하여 종이(101)와 필름(102)의 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)에 의한 압착 성형과 용융 접착이 원활하게 이루어지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 흡수시트.
- 펄프로 이루어진 종이(101)가 소정의 양으로 감겨서 공급되는 종이공급롤러(2);
합성수지로 이루어진 필름(102)이 소정의 양으로 감겨서 공급되는 필름공급롤러(3);
종이공급롤러(2)에서 공급되는 종이(101)와 필름공급롤러(3)에서 공급되는 필름(102)이 열에 의해서 라미네이팅되게 히터(5)가 내입되어 외측으로 120~140℃의 열이 발산되게 구성되며, 표면에 다이아몬드형태의 엠보싱돌기(43)가 다수 돌출 형성된 상부롤러(41)와 상부롤러(41)의 하부에 접하여 상부롤러(41)의 엠보싱돌기(43)에 의해서 종이(101)와 필름(102)에 엠보싱이 성형되게 엠보싱돌기(43)가 내입되는 표면을 갖는 하부롤러(42)로 이루어진 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4);
가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 흡수시트 제조장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서;
필름공급롤러(3)에서 공급되는 필름(102)을 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)의 상부롤러(41)와 하부롤러(42) 사이로 공급하기 전에 필름(102)을 미리 가열토록 히터(5)가 내입되어 80~100℃의 열이 발산되게 구성된 예열수단(6);
이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 흡수시트 제조장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서;
하부 종이(101)와 상부 필름(102)이 엠보싱 압착 성형 및 용융 접착되는 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)에 의해서 라미네이팅 후 상부 필름(102)에 에어를 간헐적으로 공급토록 설치하여 엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)에서 가해진 열을 냉각시키면서 라미네이팅된 흡수시트(100)를 털어주는 기능을 갖도록 구성된 냉각수단(7);
엠보싱압착성형롤러(4)에 의해서 라미네이팅 후 냉각수단(7)에서 간헐적으로 공급되는 에어에 의해서 라미네이팅된 흡수시트(100)를 털어서 하부 종이(101)에서 발생되는 분진이 흡입되게 설치된 흡진수단(8);
이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 흡수시트 제조장치.
