Abstract
Description
도 2는 인체 피부섬유아세포인 HS68 세포에 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 엑소좀을 처리한 후 세포 독성이 없음을 확인한 결과를 도시한다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구체예의 피부 보습용 화장료 조성물을 사람의 좌우측 얼굴에 적용한 경우, 좌우측 모두 피부 각질층 내 수분 함량이 현저히 증가한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (28)
- 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 보습용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀은 AQP3(Aquaporin 3)의 발현 또는 생성을 증가시키는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,
피부수분 함유량(skin hydration)을 증가시키는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀과, 메티오닌, 만니톨 및 트레할로오스를 유효성분으로 포함하는 동결건조제제를 포함하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 동결건조제제는 아스코르브산 및 레티놀을 추가로 함유하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 상기 동결건조제제와, 희석제를 포함하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 희석제는 주사용수, 생리적 식염수, 인산염 완충용액, 정제수, 또는 탈이온수인 것을 특징으로 하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 희석제는 히알루론산 또는 히알루론산염을 추가로 포함하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
패취, 마스크팩, 마스크시트, 크림, 토닉, 연고, 현탁액, 유탁액, 페이스트, 로션, 젤, 오일, 팩, 스프레이, 에어졸, 미스트, 파운데이션, 파우더 및 기름 종이로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 형태에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서,
패취, 마스크팩 또는 마스크시트의 적어도 일면(一面)에 도포되거나 침적되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
화장료 조성물 또는 피부 외용제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 화장료 조성물은 크림 또는 로션인, 피부 보습용 조성물. - 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 보습용 조성물이 도포되거나 침적된 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취와,
상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취가 적용된 포유동물의 피부에 미세전류를 흘려 주는 이온토포레시스 디바이스를 포함하는, 피부 보습용 엑소좀 키트. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀은 AQP3(Aquaporin 3)의 발현 또는 생성을 증가시키는, 피부 보습용 엑소좀 키트. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취를 포유동물의 피부 위에 접촉 또는 부착시키고, 상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취 위에 상기 이온토포레시스 디바이스를 위치시킴으로써, 상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취가 접촉 또는 부착되어 상기 피부 보습용 조성물이 적용된 포유동물의 피부에 미세전류를 흘려 주는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피부 보습용 엑소좀 키트. - 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이온토포레시스 디바이스는 가요성 배터리, 리튬이온 이차 전지, 알칼리 전지, 건전지, 수은 전지, 리튬 전지, 니켈-카드뮴 전지, 및 역전기 투석 전지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 전지를 포함하거나, 상기 적어도 1종의 전지가 장착된 제2 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취인, 피부 보습용 엑소좀 키트. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취 위에 상기 제2 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취가 적층되어 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 피부 보습용 엑소좀 키트. - (a) 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 피부 보습용 조성물을 포유동물의 피부에 직접 도포하는 것, (b) 상기 피부 보습용 조성물이 도포되거나 침적된 패취, 마스크팩 또는 마스크시트를 포유동물의 피부에 접촉 또는 부착하는 것, 또는 상기 (a) 및 (b)를 순차적으로 진행하는 것을 포함하는, 치료용을 제외한 피부 보습을 통해 포유동물 피부의 상태를 조절하는 미용방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서는 피부 보습용 조성물로서 로션이나 크림이 사용되는, 미용방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
(c) 상기 (b) 단계 이후에 상기 패취, 마스크팩 또는 마스크시트를 상기 포유동물의 피부로부터 제거하고, 상기 피부 보습용 조성물을 포유동물의 피부에 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 미용방법. - 제20항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서는 피부 보습용 조성물로서 로션이나 크림이 사용되는, 미용방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 피부 보습용 조성물이 적용된 포유동물의 피부에 미세전류를 흐르게 하여 이온토포레시스(iontophoresis)를 수행하는 것을 더 포함하는, 미용방법. - 제22항에 있어서,
이온토포레시스 장치를 상기 포유동물의 피부에 접촉 또는 부착시키는 것을 더 포함하는, 미용방법. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 포유동물은 인간, 개, 고양이, 설치류, 말, 소, 원숭이, 또는 돼지인, 미용방법. - (a) 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 보습용 조성물이 도포되거나 침적된 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취를 포유동물의 피부 위에 접촉 또는 부착하는 단계와,
(b) 상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취 위에 이온토포레시스 디바이스를 위치시키는 단계와,
(c) 상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취가 접촉 또는 부착되어 상기 피부 보습용 조성물이 적용된 포유동물의 피부에 미세전류를 흘려 주는 이온토포레시스를 수행하는 단계와,
(d) 상기 미세전류를 통하여 상기 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀을 포유동물 피부 내부로 전달하는 단계를 포함하는, 치료용을 제외한 피부 보습을 통해 포유동물 피부의 상태를 조절하는 미용방법. - 제25항에 있어서,
상기 줄기세포 유래의 엑소좀은 AQP3(Aquaporin 3)의 발현 또는 생성을 증가시키는, 미용방법. - 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서,
상기 이온토포레시스 디바이스는 가요성 배터리, 리튬이온 이차 전지, 알칼리 전지, 건전지, 수은 전지, 리튬 전지, 니켈-카드뮴 전지, 및 역전기 투석 전지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 전지를 포함하거나, 상기 적어도 1종의 전지가 장착된 제2 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취인, 미용방법. - 제27항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계는 상기 제1 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취 위에 상기 제2 마스크팩, 마스크시트 또는 패취를 적층하여 수행되는, 미용방법.
