Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페달 스트로크 센서가 마련된 통합형 브레이크 시스템을 개략적으로 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페달 스트로크 센서가 마련된 통합형 브레이크 시스템을 개략적으로 나타내는 측면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페달 스트로크 센서의 설치구조를 나타내는 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 페달 스트로크 센서의 설치구조를 통해 브레이크 페달의 답력에 따라 절대 위치를 판단하는 상태를 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (4)
- 브레이크 페달과 연결되는 마스터실린더가 마련되며 내부에 제동유압의 조절을 위한 다수의 유로 및 밸브가 마련되는 유압블록과, 상기 유압블록과 결합되고 상기 브레이크 페달의 변위를 감지하는 감지센서를 통해 신호를 출력하여 작동하는 모터를 갖추어 제동유압을 발생하는 액압 발생장치 및 압력 정보 및 페달 변위 정보를 기반으로 모터 및 밸브들을 제어하는 전자제어유닛을 포함하는 통합형 브레이크 시스템의 페달 스트로크 센서의 설치구조에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 페달과 연동하도록 상기 마스터실린더에 슬라이딩 가능하게 마련된 피스톤에 마그네트가 설치되고,
상기 감지센서는 상기 피스톤의 이동에 따라 마그네트의 자속밀도를 감지하도록 상기 피스톤이 이동하는 방향으로 일정간격 이격되게 배치되는 제1 센서 및 제2 센서를 구비하는 페달 스트로크 센서의 설치구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 센서 및 제2 센서는 상기 전자제어유닛에 마련된 인쇄회로기판에 설치되는 페달 스트로크 센서의 설치구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 센서는 자력 세기의 변화를 감지하는 홀 IC로 이루어지는 페달 스트로크 센서의 설치구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감지센서는 상기 피스톤의 이동 시 상기 제1 센서의 출력값과 상기 제2 센서의 출력값에 의해 감지된 위치가 중첩되는 위치를 통하여 상기 피스톤의 절대 위치를 판단하도록 마련되는 페달 스트로크 센서의 설치구조.
