Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 캐리어층(2)과 기능층(3)을 포함하는 밸브시트링(1)에 있어서,
상기 캐리어층(2)은 0.10 내지 20 % w/w의 응고/강화 성분(solidifying/strengthening component)을 함유하는 응고된 구리 매트릭스(solidified copper matrix)로 이루어지며, 상기 기능층(3)은 5 내지 35% w/w의 하나 이상의 경화 상(hard phase)을 추가로 함유하는 응고된 구리 매트릭스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 구리 매트릭스의 응고 성분은, 산화물(oxides)이며, 특히 Al2O3 또는 Y2O3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 구리 매트릭스의 응고 성분은, 금속간 상이며, 특히 Cu, Cr, Zr, Nb, Ni 및/또는 Si를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 응고 성분은 Al2O3 또는 Cr2Nb 인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1 내지 4의 어느 하나에 있어서,
상기 기능층의 경화 상은, 철, 코발트, 니켈, 카바이드, 산화물 및/또는 질화물에 기초한 경화 상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 경화 상은, 철, 니켈 또는 코발트에 기초한 경화 상인것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1 내지 6의 어느 하나에 있어서,
상기 기능층은, 0.1 to 5 % w/w의 고체 윤활제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 고체 윤활제는 MnS, MoS2, WS2, CaF2 또는 육각형 질화붕소(hexagonal boron nitride)인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1 내지 8의 어느 하나에 있어서,
상기 캐리어층(2)과 상기 기능층(3)간의 분할선은, 0° 내지 65°의 각도로 연장되고, 상기 캐리어층(2)이 외부를 향해 팽창하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 분할선은 35° 내지 65°의 각도로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1 내지 10의 어느 하나에 있어서,
상기 캐리어층(2)의 열전도성은 500℃에서 120 W/mK 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 캐리어층(2)의 열전도성은 500℃에서 220 W/mK 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1 내지 12의 어느 하나에 있어서,
상기 기능층(3)의 열전도성은 500℃에서 70 W/mK 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1 내지 13의 어느 하나에 있어서,
분말 야금 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링. - 청구항 1 내지 14의 어느 하나에 있어서,
- 분말을 혼합하고(mixing),
- 몰딩 다이 내로 캐리어층(2)의 분말을 채우고(filling),
- 필요하면, 캐리어층(2)의 분말을 사전 압축하고(pre-compacting),
- 몰딩 다이 내로 기능층(3)의 분말을 채우고(filling),
- 다이에서 분말을 압축하고(compacting),
- 분말을 HIP로 소결하거나 서브젝팅하고,
- 소결된 링을 열 또는 기계적으로 후처리하는(post-treatment),
단계들에 의해 제조되는것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링 제조방법. - 청구항 15에 있어서,
상기 분말은 상기 첫번째 소결 단계 후, 후-압축 및/또는 후-소결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링 제조방법. - 청구항 15 또는 16에 있어서,
상기 소결 단계는 850°C 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 징으로 하는 밸브시트링 제조방법. - 청구항 14 내지 17의 어느 하나에 있어서,
상기 압축은 CIP에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 14의 어느 하나에 있어서,
코팅이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브시트링 제조방법.
