Abstract
본 발명은 필름공급롤러로부터 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌 재질의 필름을 일정한 속도로 풀어 이송시키는 장식필름공급단계와; 상기 필름의 이송방향 앞부분에 설치된 핫멜트공급용기로부터 상기 필름의 이면(裏面)에 대하여 핫멜트가 고르게 공급되면서 도포되도록 하는 핫멜트도포단계와; 이면에 핫멜트가 도포된 필름을 그 이송방향 앞부분에 설치되는 상하 한 쌍의 가이드롤러 사이로 통과시켜 필름의 이면에 도포된 핫멜트가 균일한 두께로 유지되도록 하는 필름가압단계와; 상기 필름가압단계를 거치면서 이면에 핫멜트가 균일한 두께로 도포된 필름을 권취롤러에 감아 주는 필름권취단계를 포함하여 구성된다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 합판용 장식필름의 제조방법을 나타내는 공정도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 제조된 합판용 장식필름을 합판의 표면에 부착하는 방법을 나타내는 요부 확대도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 장식필름이 합판의 표면에 부착된 상태를 나타내는 부분 확대도이다.

Claims (2)
- 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌 재질의 필름(51)으로 이루어지며, 합판(60)의 표면에 부착되는 합판용 장식필름에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌 재질의 필름(51)의 이면에는 핫멜트(52)가 직접 균일하게 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 합판용 장식필름. - 필름공급롤러(70)로부터 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌 재질의 필름(51)을 일정한 속도로 풀어 이송시키는 장식필름공급단계와;
상기 필름(51)의 이송방향 앞부분에 설치된 핫멜트공급용기(71)로부터 상기 필름(51)의 이면(裏面)에 대하여 핫멜트(52)가 고르게 공급되면서 도포되도록 하는 핫멜트도포단계와;
이면에 핫멜트(52)가 도포된 필름(51)을 그 이송방향 앞부분에 설치되는 상하 한 쌍의 가이드롤러(72) 사이를 통과시켜 필름(51)의 이면에 도포된 핫멜트(52)가 균일한 두께로 유지되도록 하는 필름가압단계와;
상기 필름가압단계를 거치면서 이면에 핫멜트(52)가 균일한 두께로 도포된 필름(51)을 권취롤러(73)에 감아 주는 필름권취단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판용 장식필름의 제조방법.
