Claims (8)
- 차축이 연결되는 디스크부와, 타이어가 장착되는 림부를 포함하는 타이어 휠에 있어서,
상기 디스크부와 림부를 한번에 일체로 주조 성형하되,
상기 디스크부와 림부 사이의 내부 둘레를 따라 배치되는 링 형상의 중공관으로 이루어지는 공명관을 인서트 하여 성형되는 타이어 휠. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 림부에는
둘레를 따라 일정간격으로 상기 공명관의 내부까지 관통되는 복수개의 흡음홀이 형성되는 타이어 휠. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 공명관은
상기 타이어 휠의 재질보다 녹는점이 높은 재질로 이루어지는 타이어 휠. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 공명관은
스틸 또는 스틸 합금 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 휠. - 차축이 연결되는 디스크부와, 타이어가 장착되는 림부를 포함하는 타이어 휠의 제조방법에 있어서,
링 형상의 중공관으로 이루어진 공명관에 코어핀을 장착하는 단계;
상기 공명관을 예열하는 단계;
예열된 공명관을 주조 금형에 상기 코어핀을 통하여 로딩하는 단계;
상기 주조 금형 내에 용탕을 주입하여 상기 디스크부와 림부 사이에 상기 공명관이 인서트 되도록 주조 성형하는 단계; 및
상기 림부의 둘레를 따라 일정간격으로 상기 공명관의 내부까지 관통되는 복수개의 흡음홀을 가공하는 단계;
를 포함하는 타이어 휠의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 공명관은
상기 타이어 휠의 재질보다 녹는점이 높은 재질로 이루어지는 타이어 휠의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 공명관은
스틸 또는 스틸 합금 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 휠의 제조방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 코어핀은
티타늄 또는 티타늄 합금 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 휠의 제조방법.
