Claims (10)
- 내연 기관(4)의 배기가스 시스템(3) 내의 전기 부품(2)을 위한 전기 연결부(1)로서,
상기 배기가스 시스템(3)은 금속 케이싱(casing)(5)을 갖고 상기 금속 케이싱을 통해 전기 전도체(6)가 라우팅(route)되고, 상기 연결부(1)는 적어도 상기 전도체(6) 그리고 또한 상기 전도체(6)를 둘러싸는 전기적 절연부(7), 및 상기 절연부(7)와 상기 전도체(6)를 둘러싸는 금속 부싱(bushing)(8)을 갖되, 상기 전도체, 상기 전기적 절연부 및 상기 금속 부싱은 함께 중심축(9)을 따라 연장되고, 상기 절연부(7)는 적어도 상기 연결부(1)의 제1 단부(10)에서 적어도 2㎜의 제1 절연 갭(11)만큼 상기 부싱(8)을 넘어 상기 중심축(9)을 따라 연장되는, 전기 연결부(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연부(7)는 또한 상기 연결부(1)의 제2 단부(12)에서 적어도 2㎜의 제2 절연 갭(13)만큼 상기 부싱(8)을 넘어 상기 중심축(9)을 따라 연장되는, 전기 연결부(1).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연부(7)는 유리 또는 세라믹인, 전기 연결부(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전도체(6)는 상기 절연부(7)와 연결되는 제1 표면(14) 상에 제1 표면 구조(16)를 갖고 그리고/또는 상기 부싱(8)은 상기 절연부(7)와 연결되는 제2 표면(15) 상에 제2 표면 구조(17)를 갖는, 전기 연결부(1).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절연부(7)가 상기 제1 표면 구조 및 상기 제2 표면 구조(16, 17)와 상호작용하는 제3 표면 구조(18)를 가져서, 상기 중심축(9)의 방향(19)으로 그리고 원주 방향(20)으로 작용하는 인터로킹 연결부(interlocking connection)(21)가 상기 절연부(7)와 상기 전도체(6) 사이 그리고 상기 절연부(7)와 상기 부싱(8) 사이에 설립되는, 전기 연결부(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 전도체(6)가 상기 연결부(1)의 상기 제1 단부(10)에서 내부 나사산(22) 및 원추형 형상의 연결 부분(23)을 가져서, 상기 전기 전도체(6)가 나사(24)에 의해 이에 대응하는 형상의 연결 피스(25)에 자동 잠금 방식으로 연결될 수 있는, 전기 연결부(1).
- 내연 기관(4)의 배기가스 시스템(3) 내의 전기 부품(2)을 위한 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기 연결부(1)의 용도로서,
상기 배기가스 시스템(3)은 금속 케이싱(5)을 갖고 상기 금속 케이싱을 통해 상기 연결부(1)의 상기 전기 전도체(6)가 상기 케이싱(5)으로부터 전기적으로 절연된 방식으로 라우팅되고, 상기 전도체(6)가 상기 케이싱(5) 내부에서 상기 부품(2)의 전기적으로 전도성 구조부(26)와 접촉되는, 전기 연결부(1)의 용도. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기 연결부(1)를 생산하기 위한 방법으로서,
1) 전기 전도체(6)를 제공하는 단계;
2) 금속 부싱(8)을 제공하는 단계;
3) 상기 부싱(8) 내에 상기 전도체(6)를 배열하고 그리고 상기 전기 전도체(6)를 둘러싸는 중간 공간(27)을 상기 전도체(6)와 상기 부싱(8) 사이에 형성하는 단계;
4) 소결된 세라믹 본체를 제공하는 단계;
5) 상기 소결된 세라믹 본체의 형태인 전기적 절연부(7)를 상기 중간 공간(27)에 삽입하는 단계로서, 상기 전기적 절연부는 삽입 작동 동안 상기 전도체(6)의 제1 표면(14)에 대하여 그리고 상기 부싱(8)의 제2 표면(15)에 대하여 단단히 견디는, 상기 삽입하는 단계; 및
6) 상기 절연부(7)를 상기 전도체(6) 및 상기 부싱(8)에 연결시키는 단계를 포함하는, 전기 연결부(1)를 생산하기 위한 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기 연결부(1)를 생산하기 위한 방법으로서,
1) 전기 전도체(6)를 제공하는 단계;
2) 금속 부싱(8)을 제공하는 단계;
3) 상기 부싱(8) 내에 상기 전도체(6)를 배열하고 그리고 상기 전기 전도체(6)를 둘러싸는 중간 공간(27)을 상기 전도체(6)와 상기 부싱(8) 사이에 형성하는 단계;
4) 유리 집합체를 제공하는 단계; 및
5) 상기 전도체(6)의 상기 제1 표면(14) 및 상기 부싱(8)의 상기 제2 표면(15)에 대한 연결부를 형성하기 위해 상기 유리 집합체를 용융하는 단계를 포함하는, 전기 연결부(1)를 생산하기 위한 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전기 연결부(1)를 생산하기 위한 방법으로서,
1) 전기 전도체(6)를 제공하는 단계;
2) 금속 부싱(8)을 제공하는 단계;
3) 상기 부싱(8) 내에 상기 전도체(6)를 배열하고 그리고 상기 전기 전도체(6)를 둘러싸는 중간 공간(27)을 상기 전도체(6)와 상기 부싱(8) 사이에 형성하는 단계;
4) 점성이 있는 집합체(28)의 형태인 전기적 절연부(7)를 상기 중간 공간(27)에 삽입하는 단계로서, 상기 전기적 절연부는 삽입 작동 동안 상기 전도체(6)의 제1 표면(14)에 대하여 그리고 상기 부싱(8)의 제2 표면(15)에 대하여 단단히 견디는, 상기 삽입하는 단계; 및
5) 상기 점성이 있는 집합체(28)를 경화하는 단계를 포함하는, 전기 연결부(1)를 생산하기 위한 방법.
