Claims (14)
- 조명 장치로서,
고 전력 밀도의 청색 광을 생성할 수 있는 반도체 광원을 포함하며, 반도체 광원은 단결정 및 세라믹으로부터 선택된 모놀리스 형태의 화학식(I)의 인광체에 방사선 커플링되는 것인 조명 장치:

상기 식 중, A는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, 또는 이들의 조합이고, M은 Si, Ge, Sn, Ti, Zr, Al, Ga, In, Sc, Hf, Y, La, Nb, Ta, Bi, Gd, 또는 이들의 조합이며, x는 [MFy] 이온의 전하의 절대 값이고, y는 5, 6, 또는 7이다. - 제1항에 있어서, A는 Na, K, Rb, Cs, 또는 이들의 조합이고, M은 Si, Ge, Ti, 또는 이들의 조합이며, Y는 6인 조명 장치.
