Claims (5)
- 시트상 펄프 또는 칩상 펄프를, 알칼리 금속 수산화물 용액과 접촉시켜 알칼리셀룰로오스 반응 혼합물을 얻는 공정과,
상기 알칼리셀룰로오스 반응 혼합물을 탈액하여 알칼리셀룰로오스를 얻는 공정과,
상기 알칼리셀룰로오스와 에테르화제를 반응시켜 조 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 얻는 공정과,
상기 조 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 해쇄하여, 조 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스 해쇄물을 얻는 공정과,
상기 조 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스 해쇄물을 물에 분산시켜 슬러리화하는 공정과,
상기 슬러리를 여과하고, 얻어진 케이크를 세정하는 공정
을 적어도 포함하여 이루어지는, 메톡시기 치환도(DS) 1.4 내지 2.2, 또한 히드록시프로폭시기 치환 몰수(MS) 0.5 내지 1.0인 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 해쇄되기 전의 조 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스의 평균 입자 직경이, 3.5 내지 10.0mm인 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스 해쇄물의 평균 입자 직경이, 0.5 내지 1.6mm인 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 해쇄물을 얻는 공정이, 혼련기를 사용하여 행해지는 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리를 여과하고, 얻어진 케이크를 세정하는 공정이, 필터 여과 세정기를 사용하여 행해지는 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스의 제조 방법.
