Claims (14)
- 강화 섬유와, 매트릭스 수지를 갖고,
상기 매트릭스 수지가, 열가소성 수지 (단, 하기 불소 수지를 제외한다.) 와, 카르보닐기 함유기, 하이드록시기, 에폭시기 및 이소시아네이트기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 관능기를 갖는 용융 성형 가능한 불소 수지를 포함하고,
상기 열가소성 수지와 상기 불소 수지의 합계 100 질량% 중, 상기 열가소성 수지의 비율이 30 초과 ∼ 99 질량% 이고, 상기 불소 수지의 비율이 1 ∼ 70 질량% 미만인, 프리프레그. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용융 성형 가능한 불소 수지의 융점이 100 ∼ 325 ℃ 인, 프리프레그. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 매트릭스 수지가, 상기 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 해부와, 상기 불소 수지를 포함하는 도부로 이루어지는 해도 구조를 갖고, 상기 도부의 평균 직경이, 0.01 ∼ 200 ㎛ 인, 프리프레그. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 불소 수지의 융점이, 100 ∼ 260 ℃ 미만인, 프리프레그. - 강화 섬유와, 매트릭스 수지를 갖고, 상기 매트릭스 수지가, -40 ℃ 에서 측정되는 아이조드 충격 강도가 60 J/m 이상인, 프리프레그.
- 열가소성 수지 (단, 하기 불소 수지를 제외한다.) 와, 융점이 100 ∼ 325 ℃ 이고, 카르보닐기 함유기, 하이드록시기, 에폭시기 및 이소시아네이트기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 관능기를 갖는 용융 성형 가능한 불소 수지를 포함하고,

강화 섬유 시트의 존재하에 용융시켜, 상기 수지 재료 (α) 및 상기 수지 재료 (β) 를 강화 섬유 시트에 함침시키는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 분체 (X) 의 평균 입자경이, 0.02 ∼ 200 ㎛ 이고, 상기 분체 (Y) 의 평균 입자경이, 0.02 ∼ 200 ㎛ 인, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 열가소성 수지 (단, 하기 불소 수지를 제외한다.) 와, 융점이 100 ∼ 325 ℃ 이고, 카르보닐기 함유기, 하이드록시기, 에폭시기 및 이소시아네이트기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 관능기를 갖는 용융 성형 가능한 불소 수지를 포함하고, 상기 열가소성 수지와 상기 불소 수지의 합계 100 질량% 중, 상기 열가소성 수지의 비율이 30 초과 ∼ 99 질량% 이고, 상기 불소 수지의 비율이 1 ∼ 70 질량% 미만인 수지 재료 (γ) 로 이루어지는 분체 (Z) 를,
강화 섬유 시트의 존재하에 용융시켜, 상기 수지 재료 (γ) 를 강화 섬유 시트에 함침시키는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 분체 (Z) 의 평균 입자경이, 0.02 ∼ 200 ㎛ 이고, 상기 강화 섬유 시트에 함침되기 전의 상기 수지 재료 (γ) 에 있어서의 상기 불소 수지를 포함하는 도부의 평균 직경이, 0.01 ∼ 8 ㎛ 이고, 또한 상기 분체 (Z) 의 평균 입자경 미만인, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 열가소성 수지 (단, 하기 불소 수지를 제외한다.) 와, 융점이 100 ∼ 325 ℃ 이고, 카르보닐기 함유기, 하이드록시기, 에폭시기 및 이소시아네이트기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 관능기를 갖는 용융 성형 가능한 불소 수지를 포함하고, 상기 열가소성 수지와 상기 불소 수지의 합계 100 질량% 중, 상기 열가소성 수지의 비율이 30 초과 ∼ 99 질량% 이고, 상기 불소 수지의 비율이 1 ∼ 70 질량% 미만인 수지 재료 (γ) 로 이루어지는 수지 필름을,
강화 섬유 시트의 존재하에 용융시켜, 상기 수지 재료 (γ) 를 강화 섬유 시트에 함침시키는, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 강화 섬유 시트에 함침되기 전의 상기 수지 재료 (γ) 에 있어서의 상기 불소 수지를 포함하는 도부의 평균 직경이, 0.01 ∼ 8 ㎛ 이고, 또한 상기 수지 필름의 두께 미만인, 프리프레그의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 기재된 프리프레그를 사용한, 섬유 강화 성형품.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 프리프레그를 사용한, 섬유 강화 성형품.
