Claims (6)
- 차체와,
상기 차체에 설치된 프론트 작업 장치와,
상기 프론트 작업 장치를 구동하는 복수의 유압 액추에이터와,
상기 복수의 유압 액추에이터에 압유를 공급하는 유압 펌프와,
상기 유압 펌프로부터 상기 복수의 유압 액추에이터로 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 복수의 유량 제어 밸브와,
상기 복수의 유압 액추에이터의 동작을 지시하는 복수의 조작 장치와,
상기 복수의 조작 장치와 상기 복수의 유량 제어 밸브의 파일럿부를 접속하는 복수의 파일럿 라인과,
상기 복수의 파일럿 라인 중 적어도 하나의 소정의 파일럿 라인에 설치된 전자 비례 밸브와,
상기 전자 비례 밸브를 제어하여 상기 소정의 파일럿 라인의 파일럿압을 보정함으로써 상기 프론트 작업 장치의 구동을 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비한 작업 기계에 있어서,
상기 복수의 유압 액추에이터 중 소정의 유압 액추에이터의 탱크측 유로의 압유를 펌프측 유로에 합류시키는 재생 회로를 더 구비하고,
상기 제어 장치는,
상기 프론트 작업 장치가 목표 굴삭면의 하방에 침입하지 않도록 상기 전자 비례 밸브를 제어하는 영역 제한 제어부와,
상기 재생 회로를 통하여 상기 펌프측 유로에 합류시키는 압유의 유량을 제로에서부터 소정의 상한값까지의 사이에서 조정하는 재생 제어부와,
상기 영역 제한 제어부의 기능이 무효인 경우에 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고, 상기 영역 제한 제어부의 기능이 유효인 경우에 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값보다 작은 제2 설정값으로 하도록 지시하는 재생 제어 전환부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영역 제한 제어부를 기능시키기 위한 영역 제한 스위치를 더 구비하고,
상기 재생 제어 전환부는,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 OFF 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제2 설정값으로 하도록 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영역 제한 제어부를 기능시키기 위한 영역 제한 스위치를 더 구비하고,
상기 재생 제어 전환부는,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 OFF 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 프론트 작업 장치의 소정의 위치에서부터 목표 굴삭면까지의 거리가 소정의 거리보다 작은 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제2 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 프론트 작업 장치의 소정의 위치에서부터 상기 목표 굴삭면까지의 거리가 소정의 거리보다 작지 않은 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영역 제한 제어부를 기능시키기 위한 영역 제한 스위치를 더 구비하고,
상기 프론트 작업 장치는 암을 갖고,
상기 전자 비례 밸브는, 상기 암을 구동하는 암 실린더의 파일럿 라인에 설치되고,
상기 재생 제어 전환부는,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 OFF 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 영역 제한 제어부에 의한 보정 후의 암 조작압이 소정의 조작압보다 작은 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제2 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 영역 제한 제어부에 의한 보정 후의 암 조작압이 소정의 조작압보다 작지 않은 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영역 제한 제어부를 기능시키기 위한 영역 제한 스위치를 더 구비하고,
상기 프론트 작업 장치는 붐을 갖고,
상기 전자 비례 밸브는, 상기 붐을 구동하는 붐 실린더의 파일럿 라인에 설치되고,
상기 재생 제어 전환부는,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 OFF 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 영역 제한 제어부에 의한 보정 후의 붐 조작압이 소정의 조작압보다 작은 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제2 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 영역 제한 제어부에 의한 보정 후의 붐 조작압이 소정의 조작압보다 작지 않은 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 영역 제한 제어부를 기능시키기 위한 영역 제한 스위치를 더 구비하고,
상기 영역 제한 제어부는, 정밀도 우선 모드와 속도 우선 모드와 전환 가능하게 구비하고,
상기 영역 제한 제어부에 대하여 상기 정밀도 우선 모드로부터 상기 속도 우선 모드로의 전환을 지시하는 모드 전환 수단을 더 구비하고,
상기 재생 제어 전환부는,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 OFF 위치에 있는 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 모드 전환 수단을 통하여 상기 정밀도 우선 모드로의 전환이 지시된 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제2 설정값으로 하도록 지시하고,
상기 영역 제한 스위치가 ON 위치에 있고, 또한 상기 모드 전환 수단을 통하여 상기 속도 우선 모드로의 전환이 지시된 경우에, 상기 재생 제어부에 대하여 상기 소정의 상한값을 상기 제1 설정값으로 하도록 지시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계.
