Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 일부 양태에 따른 유동 채널(flow channel)을 포함하는 다공성 기재의 측면의 주사 전자 현미경(SEM) 이미지를 도시한다.

도 3은 본 발명의 하나의 예시적인 양태에 따른 막의 제조 방법의 개략도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 예시적인 양태에 따른 막의 제조 방법의 개략도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 또 다른 예시적인 양태에 따른 막의 제조 방법의 개략도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 예시적인 양태에 따른 필터 요소의 제조 방법의 개략도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 다른 예시적인 양태에 따른 필터 요소의 제조 방법의 개략도이다.

Claims (20)
- (1) 50 내지 1,000 μm의 평균 공극 크기를 갖는 다공성 기재(substrate)를 제공하는 단계;
(2) 예비-충전제(pre-filler) 용액을 적용하여 상기 다공성 기재의 공극을 적어도 부분적으로 점유하도록 하는 단계;
(3) 막(membrane) 용액을 상기 예비-충전제 용액이 적용된 다공성 기재에 적용하는 단계; 및
(4) 막 용액을 응고시켜 상기 다공성 기재 상에 필터 층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하는, 막의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
예비-충전제 용액이 물, 유기 액체 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
유기 액체가 알코올, 글리세롤, 에틸렌 글리콜, N,N-다이메틸 포름아미드(DMF), N-메틸 피롤리돈(NMP), 다이메틸 설폭사이드(DMSO), 다이메틸 아세트아미드(DMAc) 또는 이들의 임의의 조합을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
다공성 기재가 비대칭 구조를 갖고, 상기 다공성 기재의 제1 측면이 유동 채널을 포함하고, 상기 다공성 기재의 제2 측면이 다공성 구조를 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
예비-충전제 용액이 유동 채널을 포함하는 다공성 기재의 제1 측면 상에 적용되고, 막 용액이 다공성 구조를 포함하는 다공성 기재의 제2 측면 상에 적용되는, 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
적용 단계가 분사 코팅을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
예비-충전제 용액이 막 용액을 응고시키기 위한 성분을 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
다공성 기재가 100 내지 1,000 μm의 평균 공극 크기를 갖는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
막이 300 내지 1,000 μm의 두께를 포함하는, 제조 방법. - 제1항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 막.
- 제10항에 있어서,
다공성 기재가 100 내지 1,000 μm의 공극 크기를 갖는 다수의 공극을 포함하는, 막. - 제10항에 있어서,
다공성 기재가 비대칭 구조를 갖는, 막. - 제10항에 있어서,
다공성 기재의 제1 측면이 유동 채널을 포함하고, 다공성 기재의 제2 측면이 다공성 구조를 포함하는, 막. - 제10항에 있어서,
다공성 기재의 2개의 반대편 측면 각각 상에 필터 층을 포함하는 막. - 제10항에 있어서,
300 내지 800 μm의 두께를 갖는 막. - 제10항에 있어서,
300 내지 500 μm의 두께를 갖는 막. - 제10항에 있어서,
100 내지 1,000 μm의 두께를 포함하는 막. - (1) 코어 튜브(core tube); 및
(2) 제1항에 따른 제조 방법에 따라 제조되고 상기 코어 튜브 주위에 롤링(rolling)된 막
을 포함하는 필터 요소. - 제18항에 있어서,
