Claims (15)
- (a) 유리 카르복실산 기 및/또는 카르복실산 기의 할라이드를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 시클릭 카르복실산 무수물의
(b) 구조 화학식 (I)의 적어도 1종의 폴리에테르와의
반응에 의해 제조가능한 폴리에테르-기재 반응 생성물을 포함하며,
여기서
R은 C3 내지 C6 알킬렌 라디칼이고, n은 폴리에테르 (b)가 800 내지 4000 g/mol의 수-평균 분자량을 갖도록 그에 맞춰 선택되고,
성분 (a) 및 (b)는 0.7/2.3 내지 1.6/1.7의 몰비로 반응에 사용되고, 생성된 반응 생성물은 5 내지 50 mg KOH/g의 산가를 갖는 것인
착색 수성 베이스코트 물질. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 (b)가 1200 내지 3400 g/mol의 수-평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 베이스코트 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구조 화학식 (I)의 R 기가 테트라메틸렌 라디칼을 포함하는 것인 베이스코트 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (a) 및 (b)가 0.45/1 내지 0.55/1의 몰비로 사용되는 것인 베이스코트 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르-기재 반응 생성물이 1500 내지 15,000 g/mol의 수-평균 분자량을 갖는 것인 베이스코트 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 성분 (a)가 유리 카르복실산 기를 포함하는 적어도 1종의 시클릭, 방향족 카르복실산 무수물, 바람직하게는 트리멜리트산 무수물인 베이스코트 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모든 폴리에테르-기재 반응 생성물의, 착색 수성 베이스코트 물질의 총 중량을 기준으로 한 중량-백분율 분율의 총 합계가 0.1 내지 20 wt%인 착색 수성 베이스코트 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 멜라민 수지, 및 또한 올레핀계 불포화 단량체에 의해 그라프팅되며 추가로 히드록실 기를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 수지를 포함하는 착색 수성 베이스코트 물질.
- 베이스코트 물질을 사용하여 제조된 페인트 시스템의 접착 및 스톤칩 내성을 개선시키기 위한, 착색 수성 베이스코트 물질에서의 제9항에 청구된 바와 같은 반응 생성물의 용도.
- (1) 착색 수성 베이스코트 물질을 기판에 적용하고,
(2) 단계 (1)에서 적용된 코팅 물질로부터 중합체 필름을 형성하고,
(3) 생성된 베이스코트에 클리어코트 물질을 적용하고, 후속적으로
(4) 베이스코트를 클리어코트와 함께 경화시킴으로써
멀티코트 페인트 시스템을 제조하는 방법으로서,
여기서 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 착색 수성 베이스코트 물질을 단계 (1)에서 사용하는 것인 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 단계 (1)로부터의 기판이 경화된 일렉트로코트로 코팅된 금속성 기판이고, 일렉트로코트에 적용된 모든 코트가 공동으로 경화되는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단계 (1)로부터의 기판이 결함을 갖는 멀티코트 페인트 시스템인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 결함을 갖는 멀티코트 페인트 시스템이 제11항에 청구된 바와 같은 방법에 의해 제조되며, 여기에 후속적으로 외부 기계적 영향의 결과로서 결함을 얻은 것인 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 방법에 의해 제조가능한 멀티코트 페인트 시스템.
