Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 추가적인 실시예에 따른, 개방-중심형 선회 베어링의 길이방향 절반부를 도시하며, 여기서, 2개의 베어링 레이스는, 하나의 미끄럼 베어링 및 2개의 실린더형 롤러 베어링의 형태의 3개의 축방향 베어링, 및 하나의 미끄럼 베어링 및 하나의 실린더형 롤러 베어링의 형태의 2개의 레이디얼 베어링에 의해 서로에 대하여 지지된다.
Claims (10)
- 회전식 베어링으로서
상기 회전식 베어링은, 특히, 큰 개방-중심형 링 베어링이고, 2개의 동심 베어링 레이스(2, 3)를 포함하며,
상기 동심 베어링 레이스 중 하나의 베어링 레이스(2)는 다른 베어링 레이스(3)를 향해 개방된 홈(4)을 갖고, 상기 다른 베어링 레이스(3)는 상기 홈(4)에서 맞물리는 러그 링(5)을 갖고,
상기 러그 링(5)은, 축 방향으로의 지지를 제공하기 위한, 대향하는 러그 링 단부 면 상에 장착되는 적어도 2개의 축방향 베어링(8, 9, 10), 및 반경 방향으로의 지지를 제공하기 위한 적어도 하나의 레이디얼 베어링(11, 12)을 포함하는 복수의 베어링 조립체(8, 9, 10, 11, 12)에 의해 상기 홈(4)에 대하여 지지되고,
상기 베어링 조립체(8, 9, 10, 11, 12)는 미끄럼 베어링 및 롤링 베어링 둘 모두를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전식 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 레이디얼 베어링(11, 12)의 적어도 하나는 미끄럼 베어링으로서 구성되고 상기 축방향 베어링(8, 10)의 적어도 하나는 롤링 베어링으로서 구성되는 회전식 베어링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
다수의 레이디얼 베어링(11, 12)이 제공되며,
상기 다수의 레이디얼 베어링 중 적어도 하나의 레이디얼 베어링(12)은 미끄럼 베어링으로서 구성되고 적어도 하나의 다른 레이디얼 베어링(11)은 롤링 베어링으로서 구성되는 회전식 베어링.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 레이디얼 베어링(11, 12)으로서 기능하는 미끄럼 베어링 및 롤링 베어링은 상기 러그 링(5)의 대향하는 측 상에 배열되며,
상기 미끄럼 베어링은 바람직하게는 상기 러그 링의 외측 상에 배열되고 그리고 상기 롤링 베어링은 바람직하게는 상기 러그 링의 내측 상에 배열되는 회전식 베어링.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
각각 레이디얼 베어링(11, 12)으로서 기능하는 상기 미끄럼 베어링 및 대향하게 배치된 상기 롤링 베어링은, 상기 반경 방향에서 볼 때 서로 겹치지만, 상기 축 방향에서는 서로 오프셋되며,
상기 미끄럼 베어링은 바람직하게는, 상기 러그 링의 대향하는 측 상에 배열된 축방향 베어링(8, 9, 10)을 향해 등거리로(equidistantly) 연장되고 상기 베어링의 회전 축을 수직으로 관통하는 중심 평면으로부터, 상기 미끄럼 베어링에 대향하게 놓인 상기 롤링 베어링보다, 더 멀리 이격되는 회전식 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
레이디얼 베어링(12)으로서 기능하는 상기 적어도 하나의 미끄럼 베어링은, 상기 반경 방향에서 볼 때, 축방향 베어링(8)으로서 기능하는 롤링 베어링과 겹치는 회전식 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 축방향 베어링(8, 9, 10) 전부가 롤링 베어링으로서, 특히, 실린더형 롤러 베어링으로서 구성되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 축방향 베어링(12)만이 미끄럼 베어링으로서 구성되는 회전식 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
다수의 축방향 베어링(8, 9, 10)은 적어도 하나의 미끄럼 베어링 및 적어도 하나의 롤링 베어링을 포함하고,
바람직하게는, 롤링 베어링만이 상기 러그 링의 일 측 상에 제공되고 상기 적어도 하나의 미끄럼 베어링 및 상기 적어도 하나의 롤링 베어링은 상기 러그 링의 대향하는 측 상에 제공되는 회전식 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 러그 링(5)이 상기 홈(4)에 대하여 지지되어서, 상기 2개의 베어링 레이스(2, 3)가, 정확히 2개의 축방향 베어링(8, 10)에 의해 그리고 정확히 2개의 레이디얼 베어링에 의해 서로에 대하여 지지하며,
상기 레이디얼 베어링 중 정확히 하나(12)는 미끄럼 베어링이고 상기 2개의 축방향 베어링(8, 10)은 롤링 베어링인 회전식 베어링.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 미끄럼 베어링은 1미터 보다 큰 직경을 갖는 회전식 베어링.
