Abstract
본 발명은 그래핀-퓨란 수지에 기초한 3D(3차원) 프린팅 재료를 개시한다. 3D 프린팅 재료는 다음의 원료 성분의 중량부(Parts by weight)를 포함한다 : 퓨란메탄올 80 부분들, 퓨란 포름알데히드 20 부분들, 20mg/ml 내지 25mg/ml 농도의 그래핀 용액 30 내지 40 부분들, 멜라민 0.5 내지 1.0 부분들, 글리세롤 5 내지 7 부분들, 탄산나트륨 2 내지 4 부분들, 다가산(Polybasic acid) 4 내지 6 부분들 및 실란 커플링제(Silane coupling agent) 2 내지 3 부분들. 본 발명으로 제공된 3D 프린팅 재료를 채택하면, 얻어진 그래핀-퓨란 수지에 기초한 프린팅 재료는 그래핀과 퓨란 수지의 장점을 통합하여, 신규하고 환경 친화적이고 생분해 가능한 고분자량 재료이고, 매우 우수한 성능을 가진다. 더욱이, 본 발명으로 제공된 3D 프린팅 재료는 단순한 준비 공정, 낮은 단가 그리고 광범위한 적용의 장점을 가지고 있고, 다양한 배터리 전극 플레이트들의 제조에 사용되고, 광범위한 적용 가능성을 가지고 있으며, 3D 프린팅 기술의 발전에 긍정적인 효과를 가지고 있다.The present invention discloses a 3D (three-dimensional) printing material based on graphene-furan resin.
