Description

Claims (17)
- 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치로서,
열원;
액체 유입구 및 액체 유출구를 갖는 액체 가열 유동경로를 획정하는 액체 유동경로 획정 요소;
상기 유동경로 내에 위치되는 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체로서, 시간의 경과에 따라 구성 및 단면 치수가 변하는 상기 유동경로를 통한 복수의 액체 가열 통로를 획정하고 상기 열원에 열적으로 연결되는, 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체를 포함하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체는 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소에 고정되는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체는 불규칙한 그리고 상호 변위가능한 배열로 상호 배열된 복수의 별개의 전도체를 포함하며, 상기 변위가능한 배열은 이 배열을 지나가는 액체 유동에 반응하여 변하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소는 열전도체이고, 상기 복수의 가요성 세장형 열전도체 및 상기 열원에 연결되는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 디바이스.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소는 열전도체이고, 상기 복수의 가요성 세장형 열전도체 및 상기 열원에 연결되는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 디바이스.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체는 불규칙한 그리고 상호 변위가능한 배열로 상호 배열된 복수의 별개의 전도체를 포함하며, 상기 변위가능한 배열은 이 배열을 지나가는 액체 유동에 반응하여 변하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소는 열전도체이고, 상기 복수의 가요성 세장형 열전도체 및 상기 열원에 연결되는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소는 상기 액체 유동경로를 획정하는 보어(bore) 및 상기 가열요소를 수용하기 위한, 상기 보어로부터 이격된 리세스를 포함하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체는 상기 보어 내에 팩킹되고 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소를 거쳐서 상기 가열 요소와 열적으로 접촉되는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체는 이를 지나가는 액체 유동에 대해 반응하는 간극의 동적 배열체를 갖는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 장치.
- 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 방법으로서,
사이에 간극을 획정하는 가요성 열전도체의 집합체가 안에 위치되는 액체 가열 유동경로를 따라서 액체를 지향시키는 단계; 및 상기 가요성 열전도체를 거쳐서 상기 열원으로부터 상기 액체로 열을 전도시키는 단계를 포함하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 액체 가열 유동경로는 액체 유입구 및 액체 유출구를 갖는 액체 유동경로 획정 요소에 의해서 획정되고 상기 유동경로 내에 위치되는 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체는, 구성 및 단면 치수가 시간이 경과함에 따라 변하여 막힘에 대해 저항하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 집합체 가요성 세장형 열전도체는 불규칙한 그리고 상호 변위가능한 배열로 상호 배열된 복수의 별개의 전도체를 포함하며, 상기 변위가능한 배열은 이 배열을 지나가는 액체 유동에 반응하여 변하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소는 열전도체이고 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체에 상기 열원으로부터 열을 전달하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 방법.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 액체 유동경로 획정 요소는 열전도체로서 동작하고, 상기 복수의 가요성 세장형 열전도체 및 상기 열원에 연결되는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 가요성 세장형 열전도체의 집합체는 불규칙한 그리고 상호 변위가능한 배열로 상호 배열된 복수의 별개의 전도체를 포함하며, 상기 변위가능한 배열은 이 배열을 지나가는 액체 유동에 반응하여 변하는, 액체의 신속한 가열을 위한 방법.
