(a) 상기 등받이부(100)가 상기 시트부(200)에 대하여 둔각을 이루도록 젖혀지는 단계;
(b) 상기 등받이부(100) 내의 안마볼 조립체(600)가 이동하면서, 상기 (a) 단계에 따라 젖혀진 상태에서의 사용자의 어깨 위치를 확인하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 안마볼 조립체(600)가 상기 확인된 어깨 위치에서 소정의 거리만큼 하강한 후 상승하는 단계를 포함하는,
