Claims (14)
- 보관 시스템용 피킹(picking) 시스템으로서,
상기 보관 시스템은,
제 1 세트의 평행한 레일 또는 트랙 및 실질적으로 수평한 평면에서 상기 제 1 세트에 실질적으로 수직으로 연장되어 복수의 격자 공간을 포함하는 격자 패턴을 형성하는 제 2 세트의 평행한 레일 또는 트랙;
일련의 직립재 - 상기 직립재는 상기 트랙을 지지하고, 상기 직립재 및 트랙은 함께 프레임워크를 형성함 -; 및
상기 트랙 아래에 그리고 상기 프레임워크 내에 위치되는 복수의 컨테이너를 포함하고,
상기 컨테이너의 일부는 상기 격자 공간 아래의 공간을 점유하고,
상기 보관 시스템은 상기 컨테이너 위에 배치되는 피킹 수단을 더 포함하고,
하나 이상의 컨테이너는 재고 물품을 포함하고,
상기 피킹 수단은 상기 하나 이상의 컨테이너로부터 하나 이상의 재고 물품을 피킹하여 상기 재고 물품 또는 각각의 재고 물품을 하나 이상의 추가의 컨테이너 내에 적치(deposition)하도록 구성된,
보관 시스템용 피킹 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 피킹 시스템은 상기 레일 상에서 작동가능한 하나 이상의 로봇식 피킹 장치를 더 포함하고, 상기 피킹 장치는 상기 피킹 수단을 포함하는,

상기 피킹 수단은 상기 로봇식 피킹 장치 내에 배치되는,

상기 피킹 수단은 상기 로봇식 피킹 장치 상에 배치되는,
보관 시스템용 피킹 시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 보관 시스템은 크레인 수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 크레인 수단은 하나 이상의 로봇식 피킹 수단을 포함하고, 상기 크레인 수단은 상기 보관 시스템의 격자 위에 배치되고, 상기 크레인 수단은 상기 피킹 수단 또는 각각의 피킹 수단이 상기 보관 시스템 내에서 개별 컨테이너 위에 위치될 수 있도록 이동가능한,

상기 보관 시스템의 일부는 재고 물품을 보관하기 위한 복수의 컨테이너를 포함하는,

a. 피킹될 목표 재고 물품을 포함하는 하나 이상의 제 1 컨테이너를 위치시키는 단계;
b. 상기 목표 재고 물품이 적치될 하나 이상의 제 2 컨테이너를 위치시키는 단계; 및
c. 상기 하나 이상의 제 1 컨테이너로부터 상기 하나 이상의 제 2 컨테이너로 하나 이상의 재고 물품을 이송시키는 단계를 포함하고;
d. 상기 재고 물품은 상기 격자 상에 또는 상기 격자 위에 위치된 피킹 수단에 의해 상기 하나 이상의 제 1 컨테이너로부터 상기 하나 이상의 제 2 컨테이너로 직접 이송되는,
재고 물품을 피킹하는 방법.
