Abstract
주 담배 제조에 있어서 약 30초 내지 약 1시간을 포함하는 시간 간격 동안 약 30℃ 내지 약 90℃를 포함하는 온도로 담배의 혼합물을 가열하여 상기 담배의 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하는 단계;
상기 혼합물의 컨디셔닝에 의해 생성된 배출물을 회수하는 단계; 및
상기 회수된 배출물로부터 적어도 하나의 향미 추출물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (17)
- 담배 향미 추출물은 수득하는 방법으로서:
1차 담배 제조에 있어서 약 30초 내지 약 1시간을 포함하는 시간 간격 동안 약 30℃ 내지 약 90℃를 포함하는 온도로 담배의 혼합물을 가열하여 상기 담배의 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하는 단계;
상기 혼합물의 컨디셔닝에 의해 생성된 배출물을 회수하는 단계; 및
상기 회수된 배출물로부터 적어도 하나의 향미 추출물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 향미 추출물을 에어로졸 형성 물품의 성분에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 담배의 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하는 상기 단계는 컨디셔닝 챔버에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물의 컨디셔닝에 의해 생성된 배출물을 회수하는 상기 단계는 상기 컨디셔닝 챔버에서 생성된 배출물을 회수하여 배기 파이프를 통해 실린더에서 배기시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 하나 이상에 있어서,
단일 유형의 담배로 이루어진 상기 혼합물의 컨디셔닝에 의해 생성된 배출물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
복수의 상이한 유형의 담배를 공급하는 단계;
각각의 상이한 유형의 담배로 이루어진 상기 혼합물의 컨디셔닝에 의해 생성된 배출물을 분리하여 회수하는 단계;
각각의 분리된 배출물에 대해 향미 추출물을 수득하는 단계; 및
상기 상이한 유형의 담배로부터 수득한 상기 향미 추출물들을 블렌딩하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 하나 이상에 있어서,
상기 회수된 배출물로부터 적어도 하나의 향미 추출물을 수득하는 상기 단계는,
상기 배출물을 응결하여 적어도 하나의 응결된 배출물을 상기 적어도 하나의 향미 추출물로서 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 배출물을 응결하는 단계는
극저온 응결에 의해 상기 배출물을 응결하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서,
상기 배출물의 온도를 약 -30℃보다 아래로 낮추는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배출물에 액체 질소를 주입하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
응결된 배출물의 액적을 수집하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 하나 이상에 있어서, 담배의 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하는 상기 단계는,
상기 혼합물을 가열하는 단계;
상기 혼합물에 증기를 공급하는 단계;
약 10℃ 내지 약 80℃의 물을 상기 혼합물에 공급하는 단계 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 방법. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 하나 이상에 있어서, 담배의 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하는 단계는 담배 잎, 줄기 및 잎몸으로 이루어진 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 하나 이상에 있어서, 담배의 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하는 단계는 가열 도중에 담배의 습도를 증가시키는 단계를 포함하는, 방법
- 담배 향미 추출물을 수득하는 장치로서:
담배의 주 제조 라인에서 담배의 혼합물을 컨디셔닝하도록 구성된 컨디셔닝 챔버로서, 상기 컨디셔닝된 혼합물로부터 배출물을 배출하도록 구성된 배기 파이프, 및 약 30초 내지 약 1시간을 포함하는 시간 간격 동안 약 30℃ 내지 약 90℃를 포함하는 온도로 상기 담배의 혼합물을 가열하도록 구성된 가열 수단을 포함하는 컨디셔닝 챔버;
상기 배기 파이프에 유체 연결되고, 상기 배출되는 배출물이 응결되도록 상기 배출되는 배출물의 온도를 낮추도록 구성된 응결 시스템; 및
상기 응결 시스템과 유체 연통하고, 상기 응결 시스템 내에서 응결된 상기 배출물을 수집하도록 구성된 수집기를 포함하는 장치. - 제15항에 있어서, 상기 응결 시스템은 상기 배출물과 열을 교환하도록 구성된 열 교환기를 포함하는 극저온 응결 시스템인, 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 액체 질소 탱크 및 상기 배출물을 향해 상기 탱크에 담긴 액체 질소를 분사하도록 구성된 노즐을 포함하는 장치.
