제1 재료의 영률은 2500 초과 내지 3500 Mpa 범위, 바람직하게는 2700 내지 3200 Mpa 범위이며, 제2 재료의 영률은 1200 내지 2500 MPa 범위, 바람직하게는 1500 내지 1800 Mpa 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
연성의 제2 재료의 충격 강도는 2kJ/m2보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제2 재료는 열가소성 엘라스토머(TPE), 엘라스토머, 폴리프로필렌(PP), 폴리카보네이트(PC), 폴리에틸렌(PE), 폴리아미드(PA) 또는 COC-E인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 재료 및 제2 재료는 100 ℃ 초과, 특히 121 ℃, 특히 최대 180 ℃에서 살균 가능한 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
주사기 본체(1, 101, 201)는 주사기의 제1 구성요소에 해당하고, 결합부(10, 100, 200), 특히 나사부(12, 112, 212)는 제2 구성요소에 해당하며, 제1 및 제2 구성요소는 선택적으로 기계식, 및/또는 합체식 및/또는 마찰식 및/또는 형상 끼워맞춤식으로 탈착 가능하게 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
결합부(10, 100, 200)는 외형을 갖고, 이 외형은 루어락(Luer-Lock) 어댑터의 외형과 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기. - 주사기 제조 방법으로서,
제1 재료로 주사기 본체(1, 100, 200)를 형성하는 단계; 및
제1 재료보다 연성인 제2 재료로 결합부(10, 100, 200), 특히 나사부(12, 112, 212)를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하고, 제2 재료는 제1 재료의 영률보다 10 내지 60 % 낮은 영률을 갖고, 제1 재료는 사이클로올레핀-코폴리머(COC) 또는 사이클로올레핀-폴리머(COP)이고,
결합부(10, 100, 200)와 주사기 본체(1, 101, 201)는 재료 끼워맞춤 및/또는 마찰식 끼워맞춤 및/또는 형상 끼워맞춤 및/또는 합체식 끼워맞춤을 통해 서로 결합되는 것인 주사기 제조 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
주사기 본체와 결합부는 용접, 특히 초음파 용접에 의해 합체식 끼워맞춤을 통해 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기 제조 방법. - 주사기 제조 방법으로서,
주사기는 제1 재료로 이루어진 주사기 본체와, 제1 재료보다 연성인 제2 재료로 이루어진 결합부, 특히 나사부를 포함하며, 제2 재료는 제1 재료의 영률보다 10 내지 60 % 낮은 영률을 갖는 것인 주사기 제조 방법에 있어서,
주사기는 다부품 사출 성형을 통해 형성되고, 제1 재료는 사이클로올레핀-코폴리머(COC) 또는 사이클로올레핀-폴리머(COP)인 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기 제조 방법. - 제11항에 있어서,
다부품 사출 성형 프로세스는, 결합부가 적어도 25 Ncm를 초과하는, 특히 적어도 35 Ncm를 초과하는 응력에서 선택적으로 탈착 가능하게 하는 방식으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사기 제조 방법.
