Claims (4)
- 플라즈마 토치에 있어서,
후방전극;
전방전극;
상기 후방전극과 상기 전방전극 사이에 다수개 배치되는 전극판;
상기 전극판 중 상기 후방전극에 인접하며, 상기 후방전극의 극성과 반대가 되는 보조 전극판;
상기 후방전극과 상기 보조 전극판 사이에 연결되어 전력을 공급하는 전원부;
를 포함하는 다중전극 플라즈마 토치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극판은 원판형태로 되어있으며, 상기 전극판 사이가 밀봉 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중전극 플라즈마 토치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극판은 외측면에 냉각수가 공급되는 냉각수관, 가스가 공급되는 가스관, 전력이 공급되어 전극으로서 기능을 할 수 있는 전력관이 일정간격 이격되어 돌출 형성되는 다중전극 플라즈마 토치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
전원부는 보조전극과 전방전극 사이를 절환시켜 보조전극을 전기적으로 절연시키는 스위치를 더 포함하는 다중전극 플라즈마 토치.
