피부첩포시험에 의한 안전성 평가를 위하여 피시험자 32명을 대상으로 Finn Chamber를 이용하여 피부첩포시험을 실시하였다. 피시험자의 등부위를 70부 에탄올로 닦아낸 뒤 건조시킨 다음 직경 8 ㎜의 Finn chamber 내에 직경 7 ㎜로 절단한 시험물질을 얹은 후 시험 부위에 부착하여 고정하였다. 첩포는 24시간 동안 부착하였고, 제거 후 마킹펜(Skin marker pen, DeRoyal, Inc., USA)으로 시험부위를 표시하였다.
