Claims (22)
- 탄성중합체(A)를 30질량% 이상 함유하는 고무함유 다단중합체(1)를 함유하는 아크릴 수지 조성물에 있어서,
(1) 분체상의 상기 아크릴 수지 조성물을 가열 용융시킨 후, 온도 200℃, 압력 5MPa로 5분간 가압하고, 이어서 압력 2MPa를 가하면서 5분간 냉각하여 제조되는 두께 1mm의 성형체의 전체 광선투과율의 값이 90% 이상이며, 및
(2) 상기 성형체로 이루어지는 길이 80mm, 폭 15mm의 시험편 1, 또는
상기 아크릴 수지 조성물을 T 다이법으로 제막하여 얻어지는 두께 0.05∼0.1mm, 길이 80mm, 폭 15mm의 시험편 2,
를 ISO527에 준거하여 초기 척간거리를 25mm로 하고, 온도 23℃에서 인장속도 500mm/분으로, 종점의 척간거리 35mm까지 10mm 연신했을 때의 연신 전후의 백색도의 차 △W가 1 이하인, 상기 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 성형체의 헤이즈값이 2% 이하인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
또한, 상기 아크릴 수지 조성물을 T 다이법으로 제막하여 얻어진 두께 0.05∼0.1mm, 길이 150mm, 폭 15mm의 시험편 3이 하기 조건 (3) 및 (4)를 만족하는, 아크릴 수지 조성물.
(3) : 온도 0℃, 인장속도 50mm/분으로 연신했을 때의 파단신도가 20∼300%,
(4) : 온도 23℃이고, 인장속도 50mm/분으로 연신했을 때의 파단신도가 100∼500%. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
고무함유 다단중합체(1)가,
탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬아크릴레이트(a1) 및 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬메타크릴레이트(a2)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 단량체와, 가교성 단량체(a4)를 포함하는 단량체(a)를 중합하여 얻어지는 탄성중합체(A) 및,
탄성중합체(A)의 존재하에서, 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 단량체(b)를 중합하여 얻어지는 경질중합체(B)
를 포함하는 중합체인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
경질중합체(B)의 Tg가 85℃ 이상인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄성중합체(A)가 그래프트 교차제를 이용하여 제조되는 그래프트 중합체에 있어서, 탄성중합체(A) 100질량% 중의 그래프트 교차제 단위의 함유율이 1.3질량% 이상인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
두께 4mm의 시험편에 대하여 ISO178에 따라 측정되는 굽힘응력으로부터 산출되는 굽힘탄성력이 400MPa 이상인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
ASTM D-1238에 따라 측정되는, 온도 230℃, 하중 5.0kg의 조건하에서 MFR값이 1g/10분 이상인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄성중합체(A) 중의 단량체(a1) 단위와 단량체(a2) 단위의 합계의 함유율이 80질량% 이상인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄성중합체(A) 중의 단량체(a1) 단위와 단량체(a2) 단위의 합계질량을 100으로 했을 때의 단량체(a1) 단위 : 단량체(a2) 단위의 질량비가 50 : 50∼100 : 0인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
탄성중합체(B) 중의 단량체(b) 단위의 함유율이 70질량% 이상인, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
고무함유 다단중합체(1)에 대하여 2-[2-히드록시-3,5-비스(α,α-디메틸벤질)페닐]-2H-벤조트리아졸 및/또는 2-[4,6-비스(비페닐-4-일)-1,3,5-트리아진-2-일]-5-[(2-에틸헥실)옥시]페놀을 함유하는, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
메틸메타크릴레이트 단위 50∼100질량%와, 메틸메타크릴레이트와 공중합 가능한 1종 이상의 다른 비닐 단량체의 단위 0∼50질량%로 이루어지고, 환원점도가 0.2∼2dL/g인 중합체로 이루어지는 열가소성 중합체(II)와, 고무함유 다단중합체(I)를 포함하여 되는, 아크릴 수지 조성물. - 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬아크릴레이트(a1) 및 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬메타크릴레이트(a2)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 단량체와, 가교성 단량체(a4)를 포함하는 단량체(a)를 중합하여 탄성중합체(A)를 얻은 후에,
탄성중합체(A)의 존재하에서 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기를 갖는 알킬메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 단량체(b)를 중합하여 경질중합체(B)를 얻는 탄성중합체(A) 및 경질중합체(B)를 함유하는 고무함유 다단중합체(I)의 제조방법에 있어서,
탄성중합체(A) 100질량% 중의 그래프트 교차제 단위의 함유율이 1.3질량% 이상이며,
고무함유 다단중합체(I) 100질량% 중의 탄성중합체(A)의 함유율이 30질량% 이상인 상기 고무함유 다단중합체(I)의 제조방법. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
하기의 (5)∼(7)을 만족하는, 고무함유 다단중합체(I)의 제조방법 ;
(5) : 탄성중합체(A) 중의 단량체(a1) 단위와 단량체(a2) 단위의 합계의 함유율이 80질량% 이상,
(6) : 탄성중합체(A) 중의 단량체(a1) 단위 / 단량체(a2) 단위의 비율이 50∼100질량% / 0∼50질량%,
(7) : 경질중합체(B) 중의 단량체(b) 단위의 함유율이 70질량% 이상. - 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 기재된 제조방법으로 얻은 고무함유 다단중합체(I).
- 제 16 항에 기재된 고무함유 다단중합체(I)를 함유하는, 아크릴 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 17 항에 기재된 아크릴 수지 조성물을 성형하여 얻은 성형체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 17 항에 기재된 아크릴 수지 조성물을 성형하여 얻은 아크릴 수지 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 17 항에 기재된 아크릴 수지 조성물을 캘린더 가공에 의해 제막하는 아크릴 수지 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 19 항에 기재된 아크릴 수지 필름을 기초재에 적층한 적층체.
- 제 19 항에 기재된 아크릴 수지 필름을 금속부재에 적층한 적층체.
