Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 알루미늄 원료를 함유하는 원료 혼합물을 소성하여 얻어지는 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물이며,
상기 알루미늄 원료가, 베마이트, 수산화알루미늄 및 알루미나로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이고,
상기 원료 혼합물이, 탈크, 프릿, 붕산 화합물, 몰리브덴 화합물, 산화티타늄, 마그네슘 화합물, 아연 화합물, 지르코늄 화합물, 인산 화합물 및 텅스텐 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 기타 원료를 더 함유하고,
상기 원료 혼합물 중의 상기 기타 원료의 함유량이, 상기 알루미늄 원료 100질량부에 대하여, 0.1 내지 20질량부인 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프릿이, Si를 함유함과 함께, Li, B, Na, K, Mg, Ca, Al, Zn, F, Ti, Zr 및 P로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 더 함유하고,
Pb를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 비착색 그레이드인 것인 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 원료의 형상이, 수 평균 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 80㎛의 입자인 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물의 제조 방법이며,
베마이트, 수산화알루미늄 및 알루미나로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 알루미늄 원료와, 탈크, 프릿, 붕산 화합물, 몰리브덴 화합물, 산화티타늄, 마그네슘 화합물, 아연 화합물, 지르코늄 화합물, 인산 화합물 및 텅스텐 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 기타 원료를 혼합하여 원료 혼합물을 얻는 공정과,
얻어진 상기 원료 혼합물을 소성하는 공정을 갖고,
상기 원료 혼합물 중의 상기 기타 원료의 함유량이, 상기 알루미늄 원료 100질량부에 대하여, 0.1 내지 20질량부인 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 원료 혼합물을 600 내지 1,500℃에서 소성하는 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물의 제조 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 원료와 상기 기타 원료를, 습식법 또는 건식법에 의해 혼합하여 상기 원료 혼합물을 얻는 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물과 열 전도성 필러를 함유하는 열 전도성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물을 함유하는 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열 전도성 필러를 더 함유하는 물품.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 그라비아 잉크, 도공액, 수지 조성물 및 접착제 조성물 중 어느 것인 물품.
- 열 전도성 박막을 형성하기 위하여 사용되는 액상 조성물이며,
제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미나계 열 전도성 산화물을 포함하는 열 전도성 성분과, 막 형성용 수지와, 용제를 함유하는 액상 조성물. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 열 전도성 성분이, 황산바륨, 탈크 및 질화붕소로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 더 함유하는 액상 조성물.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 막 형성용 수지 100질량부에 대한, 상기 열 전도성 성분의 함유량이, 20 내지 200질량부인 액상 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 막 형성용 수지가, 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄계 수지, 우레아계 수지, 에폭시계 수지, 고무계 수지, 불소계 수지, 폴리아미드계 수지, 폴리이미드계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 셀룰로오스계 수지 및 열 가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 용제 가용성 수지인 액상 조성물.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액상 조성물을 도공하여 형성되는 열 전도성 박막.
- 금속제 부재와, 상기 금속제 부재의 표면 상에 배치된 제15항에 기재된 열 전도성 박막을 구비한 전자 기기용 부재.
