Claims (6)
- 폴리올레핀 수지 94 내지 97 중량% 및 난연제 3 내지 6 중량%를 포함하고;
상기 난연제는 브롬계 난연제, 인계 난연제 및 질소계 난연제를 1: 0.6 내지 30: 0.6 내지 20의 중량비로 함유하는, 폴리올레핀계 난연성 발포체 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 난연제는 수지 조성물 전체 중량에 대하여0.05 내지 1.75 중량%의 브롬계 난연제, 0.5 내지 3.25 중량%의 인계 난연제 및 0.5 내지 2.25 중량%의 질소계 난연제로 이루어진, 폴리올레핀계 난연성 발포체 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부텐, 폴리아이소부틸렌, 폴리메틸펜텐, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-부텐 공중합체, 및 프로필렌-부텐 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수지인, 폴리올레핀계 난연성 발포체 제조용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 수지 조성물의 발포 성형물을 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 난연성 발포체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
UL 94 HBF Test에 따른 HF-1 등급 및 대한민국 국민안전처 고시 제2015-1호의 '방염성능기준' 제 7 조(합성수지판, 합판 등의 방염 성능 측정 기준 및 방법)에 따른에 따른 15 cm 이하의 탄화 길이를 가지는, 폴리올레핀계 난연성 발포체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
50 내지 80 %의 융착율과 2.5 % 이하의 수축율을 가지는, 폴리올레핀계 난연성 발포체.
