- 부극 활물질과,
제1 탄소 섬유 및 제2 탄소 섬유를 포함하고,
상기 제1 탄소 섬유는, 섬유 직경 70㎚ 이상 150㎚ 미만 또한 섬유 길이 1㎛ 이상 10㎛ 미만의 것이며,
상기 제2 탄소 섬유는, 섬유 직경 150㎚ 이상 또는 섬유 길이 10㎛ 이상의 것인 부극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부극 활물질은, 비탄소 재료 및 탄소 재료 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 부극. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 비탄소 재료는, 규소를 포함하는 재료 및 주석을 포함하는 재료 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 탄소 재료는, 흑연을 포함하는 부극. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 규소를 포함하는 재료는, 규소의 단체, 규소의 합금 및 규소의 화합물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 주석을 포함하는 재료는, 주석의 단체, 주석의 합금 및 주석의 화합물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 부극. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄소 섬유의 비표면적은, 50㎡/g 미만이고,

- 제7항에 기재된 전지와,
상기 전지로부터 전력의 공급을 받아서 차량의 구동력으로 변환하는 변환 장치와,
상기 전지에 관한 정보에 기초하여 차량 제어에 관한 정보 처리를 행하는 제어 장치를 갖는 전동 차량. - 제7항에 기재된 전지를 갖고, 상기 전지에 접속되는 전자 기기에 전력을 공급하는 축전 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,
다른 기기와 네트워크를 통해서 신호를 송수신하는 전력 정보 제어 장치를 갖고,
상기 전력 정보 제어 장치가 수신한 정보에 기초하여, 상기 전지의 충방전 제어를 행하는 축전 장치. - 제7항에 기재된 전지로부터 전력의 공급을 받는 전력 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서,
발전 장치 또는 전력망으로부터 상기 전지에 전력이 공급되는 전력 시스템.
