Claims (7)
- 기초재층, 여과층 및 표피층을 갖는 필터에 있어서,
상기 기초재층은 부직포가 다중으로 감기고, 열압착되어 이루어지는 층이며,
상기 여과층은 적어도 스루에어 부직포와 네트를 적층한 적층체가 다중으로 감기고, 또한 열압착되지 않은 층이며,
상기 표피층은 부직포를 포함하는 층이며,
상기 기초재층 및 상기 표피층을 구성하는 부직포의 평균 세공 직경은 상기 여과층을 구성하는 스루에어 부직포의 평균 세공 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 필터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 여과층을 구성하는 적층체에 있어서, 상기 스루에어 부직포와 네트에 추가적으로 멜트 블로우 부직포가 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 기초재층을 구성하는 부직포는 10매 중첩시에 200CC/㎠/sec-300CC/㎠/sec의 범위의 통기도를 갖는 멜트 블로우 부직포 또는 스루에어 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 여과층을 구성하는 부직포는 0.1㎛-200㎛의 범위의 평균 섬유 직경을 갖는 스루에어 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 네트는 1㎜-5㎜ 범위의 망목 크기이며, 50㎛-300㎛ 범위의 평균 섬유 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 여과층을 구성하는 스루에어 부직포는 부직포 중의 섬유의 교점에서 섬유끼리 융착 및/또는 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 필터.
