Claims (7)
- 센서가 자동차의 액셀러레이터, RPM, 브레이크 또는 클러치의 입력신호를 통하여 동작하는 자동차 헤드라이트 시스템에 있어서,
상기 센서에서 상기 입력신호가 입력되어 상기 마이크로프로세서에 전달되고, 이는 다시 자동차 헤드라이트에 결합된 조절스위치를 통하여 상기 자동차 헤드라이트가 동작하는데,
상기 자동차가 정지하면, 상기 자동차의 브레이크 신호를 입력받은 상기 마이크로프로세서가 상기 조절 스위치를 작동, 상기 자동차 헤드라이트의 전원을 끄게 되고,
상기 자동차가 출발하면, 상기 자동차의 액셀러레이터 신호를 입력받은 상기 마이크로프로세서가 조절 스위치를 작동, 상기 자동차 헤드라이트의 전원을 공급하는, 자동차 헤드라이트 백색광에 포함되어 있는 청색광을 흠수/차단 시키는 필터링 필름(220)을 접착한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 헤드라이트 시스템.
- 백색광에 포함되어 있는 청색광을 흠수/차단 시키는 필터링 필름(220)을 접착한 자동차 헤드라이트에 있어서,
상기 필터링 필름(220)은 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 100 중량부에 대하여, 아크릴 모노머 25~90중량부, 광개시제 4~30중량부, 레벨링제 0.2~10중량부, UV 흡수제 3~15중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청색광 흡수/차단 필터링 필름을 접착하여 운전 시 시인성을 향상시키는 자동차 헤드라이트.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 광개시제는, 알파 하이드록시 케톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터링 필름을 접착하여 운전 시 시인성을 향상시키는 자동차 헤드라이트.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 레벨링제는, 폴리에테르 개질 트리실록산 또는 실리콘계 레벨링제인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터링 필름을 접착하여 운전 시 시인성을 향상시키는 자동차 헤드라이트.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 UV 흡수제는, 메톡시페닐 메틸렌기 또는 펜타메틸 피페리디닐기를 갖는 에스테르계 UV 흡수제인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터링 필름을 접착하여 운전 시 시인성을 향상시키는 자동차 헤드라이트.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 필터링 필름은,자동차 헤드라이트 표면에 접착하는 라이너(221);
상기 라이너(221) 상면에 부착되는 필름 베이스(222);
상기 필름 베이스(222)와 라이너(221)의 결합을 수행하는 접착제(223, 도시하지 않음);
상기 필름 베이스(222)의 상면에 코팅되는 탑코팅면(224);
상기 탑코팅면(224)의 상면에 재코팅 되는 프로텍트면(225)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터링 필름을 접착하여 운전 시 시인성을 향상시키는 자동차 헤드라이트.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 필터링 필름을 포함한 렌즈를 상기 자동차 헤드라이트 전면에서 승강시키는 수단을 구비하여, 상기 자동차 헤드라이트에 덧씌워지는 구조를 가지는 운전 시 시인성을 향상시키는 자동차 헤드라이트.
