도 2는 nanos3 헤테로 KO세포주 수립용 타게팅 벡터의 구성과, 상기 벡터에 의해 nanos3이 녹아웃된 대립유전자의 구조를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 nanos3 호모 KO세포주 수립용 타게팅 벡터의 구성과, 상기 벡터에 의해 nanos3이 녹아웃된 대립유전자의 구조를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (13)
- 이개체 유래의 배우자를 생산하는 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류의 작출 방법으로서, 제 1 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류에 유래하는 nanos3 유전자의 기능이 저해된 게놈을 갖는 난할기의 배에 제 2 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류에 유래하는 적어도 1개의 다능성 세포를 이식해서 키메라배를 조제하고, 상기 키메라배를 발생시켜서 개체를 얻는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
nanos3 유전자의 기능의 저해가 상동 재조합에 의한 nanos3 유전자의 녹아웃에 의해 행해지는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 난할기가 2세포기∼배반포기인 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다능성 세포는 소망의 유전적 특성을 갖는 제 2 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류에 유래하는 세포이며, 소망의 유전적 특성을 갖는 이개체 유래의 배우자를 생산하는 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류를 작출하는 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
소망의 유전적 특성은 인위적인 유전적 개변인 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
인위적인 유전적 개변은 소망의 유전자의 녹아웃인 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다능성 세포는 할구인 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 이개체 유래의 배우자를 생산하는 비인간 대형 포유 동물의 작출 방법이며, 상기 키메라배를 비인간 대리모에게 이식해서 산자를 얻는 것을 더 포함하는 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 비인간 대형 포유 동물 및 상기 제 2 비인간 대형 포유 동물 중 적어도 한쪽이 소인 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 작출된 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류의 암개체로부터 난자를 회수하는 것을 포함하는 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류의 난자의 생산 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 작출된 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류의 수개체로부터 정자를 회수하는 것을 포함하는 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류의 정자의 생산 방법.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 생산된 난자와, 제 11 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 생산된 정자를 수정해서 수정란을 얻는 것을 포함하는 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류의 수정란의 생산 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 작출된 암수의 비인간 대형 동물 또는 어류의 후대를 자연교배, 인공수정 또는 체외수정에 의해 얻는 것을 포함하는 비인간 대형 포유 동물 또는 어류의 생산 방법.
