Claims (13)
- 입방정 질화붕소와 결합제를 포함하는 복합 소결체에 있어서,
상기 복합 소결체의 면저항은 1*10-5 내지 8*10-2 Ω/cm2 이며,
상기 복합 소결체의 열전도도는 25℃에서 40~80W/mK, 700℃에서 20~60W/mK 인 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 소결체 내 상기 입방정 질화붕소의 체적은 65~85vol%인 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 소결체의 입방정 질화붕소 입자 사이즈는 0.01~1.5㎛인 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 복합 소결체의 입방정 질화붕소 입자 사이즈는 0.1~1.0㎛인 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 결합제는 3족, 4족, 5족 및 Al 중에서 적어도 2종 이상을 포함한 탄화, 탄질화, 붕화, 산화물 및 고용체로 존재하며, 상기 결합제 내의 W 및 Co의 복합 혼합물은 0.1~8.0wt% 포함되어 있는 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 입방정 질화붕소 소결체는 볼밀(Ball mill), 어트리터밀(Attritor mill), 플레너터리밀(Planetary mill)법 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 혼합하여 제조되는 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 결합제는 티타늄 다이보라이드(TiB2)가 포함된 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 복합 소결체는 입방정 질화붕소간 직접결합이 없고, 이종접합층이 없는 단일복합체로 이루어지고, 상기 결합제는 연속연결되어 있는 절삭공구용 복합 소결체. - 가공을 위한 인선부가 형성되고, 입방정 질화붕소와 결합제를 포함하는 복합 소결체로서 형성되는 절삭공구에 있어서,
상기 복합 소결체의 면저항은 1*10-5 내지 8*10-2 Ω/cm2 이며,
상기 복합 소결체의 열전도도는 25℃에서 40~80W/mK, 700℃에서 20~60W/mK 인 절삭공구. - 제 9항에 있어서,
초경기판;을 더 포함하고,
상기 복합 소결체는 상기 초경기판의 일측에 구비되는 복합 소결체를 이용한 절삭공구. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 절삭공구는 전체가 소결체로 이루어진 복합 소결체를 이용한 절삭공구. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 결합제는 3족, 4족, 5족 및 Al 중에서 적어도 2종 이상을 포함한 탄화, 탄질화, 붕화, 산화물 및 고용체로 존재하며, 상기 결합제 내의 W 및 Co의 복합 혼합물은 0.1~8.0wt% 포함되어 있는 복합 소결체를 이용한 절삭공구. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 복합 소결체는 입방정 질화붕소간 직접결합이 없고 이종접합층이 없는 단일복합체로 이루어지고, 상기 결합제는 연속연결되어 있는 복합 소결체를 이용한 절삭공구.
