목재패널에 무늬목지를 접합한 가구의 곡면 모서리 구조의 제조방법에 있어서,
목재패널(20)의 전면에 무늬목지(10)를 접착제를 이용하여 견고하게 접착, 합지시키도록 하는 무늬목지 합지공정(S1)과;
목재패널(20)에 합지된 무늬목지(10)의 표면을 연마기를 이용하여 연마하여,무늬목지(10)의 표면을 무늬에 따라 입체적으로 돌출, 요입되는 하는 표면 연마공정(S2)과;
4.5 ~ 9mm 두께의 목재패널(20) 후면에 일정깊이의 절곡홈(21)이 구비되도록 절삭, 단차가공하여, 목재패널(20)의 절곡부위를 0.5 ~ 1mm 두께로 형성하도록 하는 절곡홈 가공공정(S3)과;
절곡홈(21)이 구비된 목재패널(20)을 절곡기를 이용하여 모서리 부위가 라운드지게 직각으로 절곡시키도록 하는 절곡공정(S4)과;
절곡된 목재패널(20)의 절곡부위 후면에 반호 형태의 보강재(30)를 견고하게 결합, 고정시키도록 하는 보강재 결합공정(S5);
로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬목 가구의 곡면 모서리 구조의 제조방법.

A bending step (S4) of bending the wooden panel (20) provided with the bent groove (21) at a right angle by rounding the corner portion using a bending machine;
A stiffener joining step (S5) for firmly coupling and fixing the half-hoop-shaped stiffener (30) to the rear surface of the bent portion of the bent wood panel (20);
Wherein the curved corner structure of the laminated wood furniture is made of wood.
