Claims (20)
- 터치 스크린 센서에 사용되는 패턴화된 기판이며,
터치를 감지하고 정보 디스플레이의 가시 부분을 덮도록 구성된 제1 영역과 제1 영역 바깥의 제2 영역을 포함하는 가시광 투명 기판;
제1 영역에 배치된 제1 금속 메쉬; 및
전자 장치와의 연결을 위하여 제2 영역에 배치된 제2 금속 메쉬를 포함하고,
제2 금속 메쉬는 제1 금속 메쉬에 전기적으로 연결되고,
제1 및 제2 금속 메쉬는 가시광 투명이고, 대체로 동일한 재료 및 두께를 갖는 금속 트레이스를 포함하는 패턴화된 기판. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 금속 메쉬의 면저항은 제2 금속 메쉬의 면저항과 다른 패턴화된 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 금속 메쉬는 적어도 90%의 개구 면적을 갖는 패턴화된 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 금속 메쉬는 95% 내지 99.5%의 개구 면적을 갖는 패턴화된 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가시광 투명 기판은 유리를 포함하는 패턴화된 기판.

제1 영역에 배치되고 적어도 90%의 개구 면적을 갖는 제1 금속 메쉬와,
전자 장치와의 연결을 위하여 제2 영역에 배치된 투명하지 않은 더 큰 금속 특징부를 포함하고,
더 큰 금속 특징부는 제1 금속 메쉬에 전기적으로 연결되고,
제1 금속 메쉬 및 더 큰 금속 특징부는 대체로 동일한 재료 및 두께를 포함하는 패턴화된 기판. - 제11항에 있어서, 제1 금속 메쉬는 95% 내지 99.5%의 개구 면적을 갖는 패턴화된 기판.
- 제11항에 있어서, 더 큰 금속 특징부의 최소 폭은 적어도 25 마이크로미터인 패턴화된 기판.
- 제11항에 있어서, 더 큰 금속 특징부는 접촉 패드를 포함하는 패턴화된 기판.
