Claims (10)
- 주 전원 공급장치(mains power supply)에 연결되기 위한 연결 수단, 하나 이상의 외부 전기 장치로의 물리적 연결을 위한 수단, 인터넷으로 데이터를 주고 받기 위한 데이터 전송 및 수신 수단, 및 데이터 전송 및 수신 수단을 이용해 인터넷으로부터 수신된 데이터를 이용해 하나 이상의 외부 전기 장치로의 전기 출력을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단을 포함하는 에너지 관리 모듈 또는 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입력되는 주 전원 전력 측정 센서 또는 그 밖의 다른 센서, 및 전기 출력 제어기를 더 포함하는 에너지 관리 모듈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디지털 통신 기능부를 더 포함하고 인터넷을 통해 웹 서비스에 의해 제어되는, 에너지 관리 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유선 또는 무선으로 센서 또는 또 다른 입력 장치를 포함하는 타 외부 에너지 관리 모듈 또는 캡슐로 연결되도록 구성되는, 에너지 관리 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상이한 구성의 센서, 또는 전기 출력 또는 디지털 통신 구성요소를 가질 수 있는 하나 이상의 타 모듈과 주 전원 배선(wiring) 또는 저 전압 배선을 통해 디지털 방식으로 통신하도록 구성된, 에너지 관리 모듈.
- 제5항에 있어서, 센서 데이터를 웹 서비스로 송신하고, 하나 이상의 모듈 또는 캡슐의 전기 출력을 제어하기 위한 데이터를 수신하도록 구성된, 에너지 관리 모듈.
- 제5항에 있어서, 임의의 상호 연결된 모듈 또는 캡슐로의 주 전원 전력의 소실 후, 인터넷을 통해 계속 통신하도록 구성된, 에너지 관리 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어 수단은 펌웨어에 의해 제어되고 OTA(Over the Air) 통신을 이용해 업데이트되도록 구성되는, 에너지 관리 모듈.
- 청구항 제6항에 따르는 모듈의 네트워크를 이용해 수집된 센서 데이터, 또는 그 밖의 다른 수집된 시계열 데이터를 처리하는 방법으로서, 사용 중에, 센서 데이터의 패턴의 변화를 식별하거나 전기 전력의 장래 수요를 예측하는 단계를 포함하는, 데이터를 처리하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 인터넷 또는 그 밖의 다른 원격통신 네트워크로 연결된 소프트웨어 애플리케이션에 따라 결과를 게시하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 데이터를 처리하는 방법.
