Abstract
Description
도 6 및 7은 생리활성물질로서 비타젠-FITC 및 4-ABF를 각각 이용하여 다양한 형태로 제조된 본 발명의 이온 결합체의 마우스 피부내 투과능을 형광이미지로 확인한 것이다.
Claims (5)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 음이온성 생리활성물질이, 아스코르브산 인산염, 비타젠(vitagen), 이노시톨 인산염(inositol phosphate, IP), 우리딘 디포스페이트 N-아세틸글루코사민(uridine diphosphate N-acetylglucosamine, UDP-GlcNAc), 아세틸살리실산, 4-아미노벤조산(4-aminobenzoic acid, 4-ABF), 히알루론산(hyaluronic acid) 및 덱스트란 황산염(dextran sulfate)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경피 투여용 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 음이온성 생리활성물질이, 플루오레세인(fluorescein, FITC), 댄실(dansyl, 5-dimethylamino-1-naphthalene sulfonyl) 및 로다민(rhodamine)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 형광물질과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는, 경피 투여용 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 경피 투여용 조성물이 피부 표피층과 진피층 사이에 투과되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경피 투여용 조성물. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 경피 투여용 조성물이 125 내지 200μm의 깊이로 피부 내에 투과되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 경피 투여용 조성물.
