Claims (9)
- 화학식 II의 화합물을 하이드록실아민, 염기 및 키랄 촉매와 반응시키는 단계에 의한 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법으로서, 키랄 촉매는 화학식 III의 이량체성 키랄 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 I의 화합물의 제조 방법:

(상기 식에서,
A1 및 A2는 C-H이거나, 또는 A1 및 A2 중 하나는 C-H이고 다른 하나는 N이고;
R1은 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4할로알킬 또는 C3-C6사이클로알킬이고;
각각의 R2는 독립적으로 브로모, 클로로, 플루오로 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고;
R3은 수소이고;
R4는 수소, 할로겐, 메틸, 할로메틸 또는 시아노이거나;
또는 R3과 R4는 함께 가교(bridging) 1,3-부타디엔 기를 형성하고;
R5는 클로로디플루오로메틸 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고;
n은 2 또는 3임);

A1, A2, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 및 n은 상기 화학식 I에서 정의된 바와 같음);

각각의 R6은 에틸 또는 비닐이고;
R7, R8, R9 및 R10은 할로겐, 시아노, C1-C6알킬, C1-C6할로알킬, C1-C6알콕시, C1-C6할로알콕시, C1-C6알킬티오, C1-C6할로알킬티오, C1-C6알킬설포닐 또는 C1-C6할로알킬설포닐이고;
X는 할로겐 음이온 또는 BF4 -, PF6 -, HSO4 - 또는 C1-C3알킬설포네이트, 벤젠설포네이트 또는 메틸-벤젠설포네이트임). - 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 III의 촉매에서,
각각의 R6이 비닐이고;
각각의 치환체 R7, R8, R9 및 R10이 동일한 의미를 가지며 할로겐을 나타내고;
X가 클로라이드 또는 브로마이드 또는 BF4 - 또는 PF6 -인, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 III의 촉매에서,
각각의 R6이 비닐이고;
각각의 치환체 R7, R8, R9 및 R10이 동일한 의미를 가지며 플루오로 또는 클로로를 나타내고;
X가 클로라이드 또는 브로마이드인, 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록실아민의 양이 1 내지 10 당량인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염기의 양이 0.05 내지 2 당량인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 양이 0.01 내지 0.4 당량인, 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
각각의 R6이 비닐이고;
각각의 치환체 R7, R8, R9 및 R10이 동일한 의미를 가지며 할로겐을 나타내고;
X가 클로라이드, 브로마이드 또는 BF4 -인, 화학식 III의 화합물. - 제7항에 있어서,
각각의 R6이 비닐이고;
각각의 치환체 R7, R8, R9 및 R10이 동일한 의미를 가지며 플루오로 또는 클로로를 나타내고;
